Just off the living area, you'll find a furnished deck with a gas grill, with a soaring view high above the neighbors and trees - ideal for summertime cookouts or just sitting and watching sunsets.There are two queen sized bedrooms on the main level plus a full bathroom. The lower level includes laundry facilities, a bunk bedroom, a three-quarter bathroom, and recreation room with overstuffed seating, a work from home setup, foosball and a large projection screen TV. This is a full light lower level with views of the water as well.We are a small dog friendly home. We allow for one dog under 50 lbs to join you during your stay with us ($50 pet fee for the stay). Please observe our house rules of keeping your dog off of the furniture and beds, as well not leaving them alone in the house. We will provide dog bowls, poop bags, and carpet stain remover for any accidents. All dog poop must be picked up and disposed of properly. A $50 fee will be added upon check out if dog poop is not picked up. Additional cleaning charges will also be assessed if dog excrement is not cleaned up inside our home. Large backyard that is professionally maintained. Cornhole is provided.
