대체적으로 불편함이 없었고 새로지은 리조트가 아닌 관계로 시설이 조금 노후된 느낌이 있고 전기사용이 조금 불편 충전기 코드 꽂을 곳 찾기 어려웠음 주변에 배달이 많아서인지 리조트네 레스토랑은 활성화되어있는 느낌은 아니었음. 결론은 큰 불편없이 잘 지냈음. 사진은 리조트에서 배달시킨 과일. 베트남에서 처음 배달 시켜봐서 신기했음ㅎㅎ

It was a fun time with the kids.

It’s been a really long time since I’ve booked a quiet resort alone, planning to just eat, drink, and rest as much as I want, but because of the terrible service, I went to the resort to relieve my stress, but I had the worst stressful and frustrating experience. The staff’s service mind, response, and handling are ridiculous, and I paid a lot of money to go there and was treated so annoyed and angry that I will never go to Duyen Ha Resort again, but I promise to spread negative word of mouth and do marketing whenever I get the chance. It’s been a few days and I’m still angry. If I go into all the details, it’ll just make me more angry, so I’ll skip it. There is no proper work manual, service guide, or mind, and the staff are really the worst resort.

This trip with my parents was overall clean and satisfactory. The cleanliness of the accommodation was very good, and the pool was especially well-maintained, so I was able to use it comfortably. The weather was clear, so I was able to spend a leisurely time going back and forth between the sea and the pool, and the beautiful scenery made me feel at ease. The staff was also very kind and attentive, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The soundproofing was a bit disappointing, but I was highly satisfied with all other aspects. The time I spent with my parents felt even more special, and I was able to create precious memories. If I have another chance, I would like to visit again, and it was a trip that left me more than 90% satisfied.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-December 2024 on a full board basis. December is not considered the best time to vacation in this part of Vietnam because it often rains, the evenings are quite cool, and the sea is very rough. I specifically chose December because I knew that the hotel would have few guests. Besides, I don’t like lying on the beach for hours, but prefer active vacations. There were really very, very few visitors in this huge hotel, so you could easily and without queues go to breakfast, the gym, or the tennis court. Food is a hotel theme. A varied breakfast: lots of meat and cheese, bread, pastries, vegetables, fruits, Asian-style food. I had lunch and dinner at a European restaurant on the coast. The quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes are like in excellent restaurants in European cities. I went for a massage - the massage therapist who did my procedures exceeded all my expectations. As for the room, everything seems to be in order. The staff took into account my wishes and recommendations, which I sent in the comments during the booking. My room was very clean and matched what I saw in the photos. The cleaning was of high quality, there was enough free drinking water in the room. I asked the maid for two more bottles - she gave me without hesitation. But there are some comments. The most important thing is the insufficient number of sockets and connectors directly at the head of the bed; the cord for the hair dryer is so short that the plug is pulled out of the socket when you try to reach the mirror ))) I would also like to note the impeccable work of the electric car drivers - they arrive instantly when called, and the most interesting thing is that they remember almost immediately which villa the tourist is staying in. Perhaps this is due to the fact that it is quite deserted here in December. I plan to fly here again at the end of March.

It was nice to be able to ride a cart around and the garden was so pretty. The accommodation had a wooden interior, so I was able to sleep well and rest well before leaving. All the staff I met were friendly and the room condition was good, so I was satisfied.
