Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh

I stayed at this hotel in mid-December 2024 on a full board basis. December is not considered the best time to vacation in this part of Vietnam because it often rains, the evenings are quite cool, and the sea is very rough. I specifically chose December because I knew that the hotel would have few guests. Besides, I don’t like lying on the beach for hours, but prefer active vacations. There were really very, very few visitors in this huge hotel, so you could easily and without queues go to breakfast, the gym, or the tennis court. Food is a hotel theme. A varied breakfast: lots of meat and cheese, bread, pastries, vegetables, fruits, Asian-style food. I had lunch and dinner at a European restaurant on the coast. The quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes are like in excellent restaurants in European cities. I went for a massage - the massage therapist who did my procedures exceeded all my expectations. As for the room, everything seems to be in order. The staff took into account my wishes and recommendations, which I sent in the comments during the booking. My room was very clean and matched what I saw in the photos. The cleaning was of high quality, there was enough free drinking water in the room. I asked the maid for two more bottles - she gave me without hesitation. But there are some comments. The most important thing is the insufficient number of sockets and connectors directly at the head of the bed; the cord for the hair dryer is so short that the plug is pulled out of the socket when you try to reach the mirror ))) I would also like to note the impeccable work of the electric car drivers - they arrive instantly when called, and the most interesting thing is that they remember almost immediately which villa the tourist is staying in. Perhaps this is due to the fact that it is quite deserted here in December. I plan to fly here again at the end of March.

이동할 때 카트 타고 다니면 되고 정원이 너무 예뻐서 좋았어요. 숙소도 나무 인테리어라 그런지 잠도 잘와서 푹 쉬다가 갑니다. 만난 직원 모두 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 좋고 전 만족했어요.

I was so touched by the special experience at Juyen Ha Resort that I felt the most pampered resort in my life. From the owner to all the staff, I felt happy every time I met them. They sincerely provided the best service to their customers. Today, I am staying at another resort, and I keep comparing them without realizing it. At Juyen Ha Resort, even though the flight was delayed for 40 minutes to pick me up, they waited for me and welcomed me, and they carried my luggage to my room. They also treated my injury with care and provided fruit service, and the reception staff was so touched that they were genuinely concerned about me. All the staff spoke English fluently, so it was easy to communicate, and they did their best to help me using a translation app. I am truly grateful to the resort for giving me such good memories. I will definitely stay here next time I travel. I already miss the friendly staff and beautiful scenery of Juyen Ha Resort. It feels like I had a happy dream at Juyen Ha Resort. I hope it continues to prosper in the future.
