I chose this hotel for a half-night stay because it was close to the airport, and I was very satisfied. It was a shame it was only a half-night stay. The pool was beautiful, the surrounding area was beautifully decorated, and the view from the room was amazing.

The water quality of the pool is not good
Both my kids went into the pool once

I had to make a reservation for a place to stay in a hurry because I had some time before I checked out and left for the airport. It was close to the airport and clean, so it was great!! I got there before the check-in time, but they checked me in right away and were very kind, which was great!

엠피리얼 인지 아니면 그냥 아레나인지 확인하세요. 일반 아레나는 개인들이 가지고 있는 에어비앤비 같은것들입니다.
0.5박 으로 이용하려고 예약했습니다.
트립닷컴에는 예약내역이 확인되지만 호스트가 리셉션에 예약내역을 공유하지 않아 한시간동안 확인하는 시간을 가졌습니다.
다행히도 트립닷컴에 고객센터의 빠른조치를 통해 입실이
이루어졌습니다.
다음에 혹 나트랑을 간다면 여기는 안올것같습니다.
건물 내에 코랄식당 , 수영장 외에 없습니다.
혹 늦은시간 0.5박이면 꼭 여러번 체크 후 오세요.

부모님이랑 같이 지내려고 예약했는데, 인원이 초과되서
방두개로 예약했습니다. 한 아이디로 예약했는데, 방이 정말 끝 과 끝이었습니다. 프론트에 따지니 각 객실마다 주인이 달라서 어쩔 수 없다고 호텔측에서 얘기 하는데 중간 역할을 해 주는 유도리가 정말 없다고 느꼈습니다. 그리고 롯데마트에서 쇼핑 하고 온 쇼핑 물품도룸 케어하면서 몽땅 가져가버리셨더라구요.
안에 보면 전부다 새건데 왜 버리셨는지 아직도 의문이 듭니다
그리고 사 층인데 왕 바퀴벌레 나온 것도 기겁 했습니다. 정말..
그밖에 수영이랑 조경은 너무 좋았고 근처 마사지 식당도 걸어갈수있어서 그점은 좋았습니다.
