The hotel reservation was cancelled, so I waited at the desk for 2 hours, but they didn't resolve it. Trip.com said the reservation was not cancelled, but the hotel owner said he couldn't contact me, so they kept refusing to resolve the issue. After I kept complaining, they said they would let me check in. But it was past check-in time, so they said the room needed to be cleaned, so I had to wait again. Even when I asked them to assign me a room and asked them to put my luggage in first, they said it would take a long time. My afternoon schedule was ruined. The desk service was terrible. They took a deposit of 500,000 won in cash. We booked a cheap place to stay for 0.5 nights and checked out at night to catch a night flight, but if you're unlucky, you can end the last night of your trip in a really bad mood like us.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.
