The master bathroom was so big that I didn't even use the living bathroom.

I've been to Nha Trang many times, so I booked a resort in Cam Ranh, thinking I wouldn't have to go out of town and would only stay in the resort. I had high expectations because it was said to be the largest 5-star resort in the city, but it's the worst of the worst among the resorts in Hanoi, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, and Danang that I've been to. The staff's mindset is the worst. You have to wait 30 minutes to ride a buggy, so it's better to just walk. It's just so big. The route is inefficient at all. I almost slipped on the elevator in front of the room because of a leak, and even if I asked them to fix it, they fixed it after half a day. If you ask for extra towels, they'll give you one after an hour. The kids' club isn't that great either... It's not kid-friendly, it's kid-unfriendly. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels in Vietnam that I've been to. Alma Garden La Casa is the worst. You have to pay two to three times the price of Vietnam, so if possible, buy everything. No, don't come here. It's the worst^^ Come only if you're going to the water park^^
