I liked it very much. First of all, the biggest plus is the food. The all-inclusive system works perfectly in this hotel. The food here is beyond praise. If it were possible, next time I would only take breakfast and dinner, because lunch is clearly too much. Juices are diluted with water, but for such a crowd this is probably the norm. We did not use the slides in the pool, because the child refused and preferred the second, calmer pool. The coast is clean, definitely cleaner than on the northern beach. The sand is clearly sifted and garbage is removed. Be careful with the sea, we felt a back current and quite a strong one. You can swim, but keep an eye on the distance to the shore, it decreases with each wave, there is even a warning about this at the entrance to the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly, there are those who speak English well, they can be found in the reception area, a girl named IRIS and her neighbor sitting to the left of the reception desks speak English especially clearly. Very nice girls, helped me call my driver, because he did not speak English at all) and communicate with us when checking out. Of the minor minuses - small rooms, but not critical. Of the big pluses - smokers on the territory of the hotel, most likely Chinese, but I'm not sure .... we really did not like it when we were standing on the balcony, a cigarette butt flew at us from above .... good thing not in the face or on clothes .... so it is not far from a fire ... we counted as many as 2 cigarette butts on the balcony! for the entire period of our 3-day stay .... keep in mind this negative factor! The first time we encountered this in hotels of this level .... to the right of the reception desks there are local photographers from Russia, they work from morning until evening, who needs professionally processed photos, this is for them ... in general, I liked the hotel, a solid 5. I would like to come back here, probably yes, you can come here for 3-5 days. Keep in mind that the hotel is closer to the airport and it is in a closed area of competitors, that is, outside you will not find anything except neighboring hotels.... but, there is a paid transfer to Nha Trang... we did not use it, because there was no need for it and our next hotel was just in Nha Trang.

Приехали в отель около 9:30 утра, надели браслеты у нас было все включено и мы отправились завтракать. И тут был сюрприз завтраком нас не покормят и обедом тоже, хотя браслеты надели) при входе в ресторан требуют номер комнаты. В итоге мы вернулись на ресепшн спросили за сколько мы сможем позавтракать и цену нам загнули такую, что страшно 400.000 донгов - 1 взр, 200.000 донгов в ребенок и того за семью из 3 человек за завтрак нужно отдать 1.000.000, страшно представить сколько попросили бы за обед! В итоге мы остались голодные. Мне вот интересно отель обиднеет? Если мы съедим по глазунье, 4 сосиски и арбуз? Разве это стоит столько денег? Тем более, что к концу завтрака половина ресторана уже закрыта и выбора почти нет. Второй момент, если Вы купаетесь днем в бассейне или море и хотите сходить на обед, то нужно идти в номер и переодеваться в сухую одежду. Лифты вечно полные ... На улице поесть нельзя в сырой одежде, у них на улице стоят стулья из конференц зала ! Официанка подбежала к ребенку и пыталась выгнать его из-за стола. Третий момент в номере полный минимализм, банально нет даже крючков для халатов. Муж заказал мне шикарный букет цветов на годовщину, на букете была записка номер комнаты и наша фамилия, в итоге букет целый час простоял на посту охраны и весь завял на жаре! Мужу пришлось спускаться в лобби и выяснять в чем причина? Где наши цветы! Больше чем через час, охранник входит в лобби с высоко поднятой головой с нашим завявшим букетом. В лобби диваны все уляпанные, облитые, на этих диванах спят в повалку люди которые ждут выселения или заселения. Пляж у отеля понравился, бассейн грязноват, но мы не хватанули ничего) Пенная вечеринка каждый день в 16:00 у аквапарка. Ужины разнообразные, ресторан большой, но персонал хамы везут тележки с грязными тарелками и даже не уступают места прут напралом, мне пришлось закричать, чтобы меня с ребенком не шибанули. Уборщица машет шваброй перед ногами. Кокосы на деревьях не срезаны, особенно там где гамак. Будьте аккуратны. В общем в этот отель не вернемся и рекомендовать не будем.

The hotel environment and facilities are very good, very suitable for children. Some staff are not very good at English but they are very friendly. The elevator feels a bit insufficient. You need to wait a little longer when it is crowded during meal time. There was a small problem when checking in. The floor was wet when entering the room. It was easy for adults to slip, not to mention children.

The hotel is suitable for a family holiday, we booked full board, very tasty food, beautiful beach, wonderful view from the room, the staff is always ready to help, everything is great!

The impression is twofold, the hotel is new, everything you need for a holiday is there, but the hotel is not finished, many rooms are closed, villas on the territory are not finished, the restaurant is near the pool. There is no toilet near the beach, so it is quite a long way to run to the bar near the water park or to the central building. Breakfast starts early and ends early from 6.30 to 9.00, lunch from 12 to 14, dinner from 18 to 20.30 (the all-inclusive system is more like a full board (there is a lot of everything and it is delicious, the cuisine is Vietnamese, Korean, European and Turkish, the staff in the restaurant tries very hard, everyone is friendly and helpful, everything is cleaned up quickly 👍🏻), you won’t be able to eat at other times or anywhere else in the bar, there are only drinks there). Evening animation, bars, everything ends and closes at 22.00 and everyone goes to bed. This mode is due to local tourists (very noisy, but good-natured) they get up early and accordingly go to bed early. Animation as everywhere for children, for adults daytime standard sports activities, boccia, darts, volleyball, aqua zumba, yoga, you can take rackets to play pickleball, table tennis, billiards, take bicycles, ride around the territory, it is not very big, but well-groomed. There is a transfer to Nha Trang they take you from the hotel at 11.00 and pick you up at 16.00 from the city. The rooms are very large, but empty, I don’t know why such spaces, in the bathroom, in the shower there are no shelves to put shampoos, gels, washing accessories, there are no hooks for robes, face towels. Cleaning is mediocre, but towels are changed, bed linen is clean. New hotel, but everything is already somehow neglected, the staff tries very hard, but there is not enough staff or equipment for cleaning, I don’t know. Cosmetic repairs are needed everywhere. I recommend the hotel, I don't know if I'll come again😊
