This was my third visit to Alma with my friend's children.
They brought our luggage to our room in 10 minutes, and I felt that every staff member I met was kind. Smile and Xin Zhao!
The weather was nice this time, so I was able to go into the ocean at the beach, which was great, and the water park pool was great.
In particular, this was the first time I had mango for breakfast. ㅋㅋㅋ It was a total eureka. I was playing in the main pool, and I had juice and a fried sandwich, but the sauce fell on the floor, and there was no action to give it back or clean it up, so I was a little embarrassed. I had a bad experience at the resort from the beginning to the end.
When I first arrived, the resort's porter and the staff at the entrance were disorganized. Especially when I was checking out and leaving, I was confused because the porter kept not being there when I tried to find my luggage. The staff below didn't help me go down the stairs with my large carrier, but just stood there and looked somewhere else. I've never had this experience at other hotels or resorts.
The biggest complaint is that the buggy system is the most important thing in such a large resort.
When I have time, it doesn't matter, but when I had an appointment with a pickup vehicle at the main gate, the buggy didn't even look at the call or come, which was very embarrassing. I had the worst experience on the last day.

We stayed for 5 nights with our kids. As you all know, food delivery is prohibited within the resort and it is far from the city center, so finding food for the kids was the most difficult part.
However, the spacious and beautiful ocean view terrace and various facilities within the resort (swimming pool, kids zone, etc.) were really great for spending time with the kids. The view was especially satisfying.
However, the hygiene was very disappointing. There was mold on the bathroom walls and shower booth, and there was mold inside the amenity box containing the razor and toothbrush due to moisture. This could be a big disadvantage for those who are sensitive to hygiene. Because of this, I am carefully considering whether to visit again.
The facilities and natural environment were good, but if hygiene management was improved, it would be a much more satisfactory accommodation.
