이곳의 장점은 워터슬라이드와 키즈프로그램 입니다 아이들이 좋아해요 하지만 룸 시설이 안전하지 않습니다 첫날 테이블에 다리를 크게 다쳐 여행을 망쳤습니다 수영을 하지 말라는 의사의 지시가 있었습니다 프론트의 일부 직원은 매우 불친절하며 불쾌했습니다 시내 가성비숙소의 직원의 서비스 마인드가 더 높았을 정도 입니다 그래서 숙박기간이 남았음에도 모벤픽을 당장 떠나려고 했으나 DANG라는 직원분이 우리가족을 안심시켜주었습니다 그는 매우친절하고 우수한 매너를 가졌으며 상대방을 웃게하는 대화법을 가졌습니다 DANG이 아니였다면 최악의 숙소가 되었겠지만 그분으로 인해 모벤픽의 이미지가 다시 좋아졌습니다 일부 직원들에게 5성급에 맞는 서비스 교육을 진행하고 시설이 안전할수 있도록 점검을 한다면 더 좋은 리조트가 될것입니다

큰 기대를 안고 풀빌라를 예약했습니다
오래되지 않았다고 느꼈는데 곳곳에 약간의 세월이 흔적이 보였지만 크게 문제되지는 않았습니다
침구는 포근하고 좋았어요
다만, 수영장 타일이 몇 번 떨어져서.. ㅠㅠ
첫 날 방을 바꾸고 두번째 날은 중간에 놀다가 놀이를 멈추고 대기했어요..(부착 후 물놀이는 지장없다고 하였지만 아이가 있어서 물을 마실 수 있다고 하니 한시간 뒤에 하라더라고요)
좀 아쉬웠지만 금방금방 대처해주고 수리해주어 마음이 크게 상하지는 않았습니다
떨어진 수영장 타일들 덕분에..(?) 레이트체크아웃 무료 서비스를 받았습니다
그래서 마음이 좀 풀리고 공항가기전 아주아주 편하게 쉬다 갔어요
풀장이 있어서 큰 수영장은 한 번만 이용했는데 정말정말 커서 원없이 물놀이 했습니다
정말로 리조트에서의 휴식이 필요하다면 모벤픽이 딱인 듯 합니다!
