I used the all-inclusive and the snacks were a bit lacking.
I ate until I was full. I like desserts and it was nice to be able to taste various desserts from different countries.
It was too cold to use the water park because of the chilly weather, so it's a shame I only went twiceㅠㅠ

We took a suite with a terrace, I advise everyone to only take this room! This is a full-fledged villa with a green area, with a huge pool for 3 houses, but usually there are few guests, so there is a chance that the entire pool will be at your disposal.
The food is delicious (especially all Asian cuisine), and they feed you a lot. The drinks are of average quality (the coffee is bad, the juices are diluted syrups, the alcohol is of good quality, if you do not mind that it is local).
The children's animation is weak, probably the adult one too (we did not ask). The children's club (game) works very little.
The room itself is very beautiful, comfortable, clean.
In general, if we lived in a regular room in the main building, I would not give 5 stars for the quality of service and the hotel territory (there are no complaints about the staff, just if you compare it with other five-star hotels on Bai Zai). But the suite with a terrace is top, thanks to the room the impressions are excellent!
