Saw great reviews so we decided to give it a try-probably wont stay again... Pros: 1. Location, walking distance to the Plaza and many restaurants 2. Staff was nice Cons: 1. Parking is 3 blocks away 2. Little to no hot water 3. Beds and pillows are stiff 4. No heater or A/C 5. Very run down hotel in need of many updates We made the best of our trip but were very dissapointed and upon check out they charged me for a bath towel because it had some makeup (foundation) on it-I suggest you bring your own towel to wash and dry your face to avoid paying the $500 pesos!

La recepcionista fue muy amable y servicial, tanto a mi llegada, durante la estancia y al retirarme. Encontré la habitación limpia , con amenidades como shampoo, crema y jabón de barra, papel de baño y botellitas de agua, además que afuera de las habitaciones, también hay un garrafón disponible para servirse o rellenar las botellas. Elegí habitación con balcón ( del lado de la calle principal), y fue un error, porque aproximadamente a las 10 de la noche y hasta como las 4:30 am, estuvieron pasando y pasando camionetas con música a todo volumen, haciendo vibrar las instalaciones del hotel; así cada que pasaban con su escándalo de música retumbando, vibraban los cristales, las paredes y parecía que se iba a derrumbar el edificio, lo cual me preocupaba y no dejaba dormir, entre el ruidajo y la luz de los faros cada que pasaban .. La cama, estuvo cómoda, hay un cobertor disponible.. para el frío Hay ventilador sencillo, de pedestal, para aligerar el 🥵🫠 La señorita recepcionista, me dio un control de televisión 📺 funcionando y la 📺 igual, funcionaba Gracias 🙏 gracias 😊 gracias 🫂 #minepaotraveler 💗🕊️
