Quel merveilleux endroit que les villas mandarine! Les villas sont majestueuses, parfaitement équipées, propres chaque jours. le service est au top! Le personnel est avenant, toujours prêt à nous aider et à nous faire découvrir cette sublime île! Un grand merci à toute l équipe pour leur accompagnement pendant cette semaine de vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Un domaine exceptionnel où règne calme bonté et nature . J’ai rarement rencontré une équipe et famille aussi professionnelle et aux petits soins qui symbolise bien l’hospitalité corse de cœur et de valeurs. Le spa est magnifique j ai choisi les soins de beauté corse avec sabrina qui est une fée de bienveillance . Je recommande et je reviendrais

Francois, A ‘professional, high standard organization’ would not respond to customer feedback the way you have chosen to. I am disgusted that make up lies about a family to try and justify your behaviour. You are clearly not fit to be running an establishment. As to the spa, it was a ghost town. I would focus more on trying to bring customers in than spending time on tripadvisor.

We recently stayed at the Domaine Villas Mandarine in Calvi. Our experience was unforgettable, and we will always treasure the memories made at this beautiful Domaine. The property consists of 15 villas each with their own swimming pool, garden, fully furnished and equipped plus let’s not forget the outstanding daily housekeeping and gardening services. On arrival to the Domaine, we were greeted by an extraordinary team and felt right at home. They all spoke great English and even helped us learn some French along the way. Before settling into our Villa, we were given a tour of the Domaine and their facilities and then given a full tour of the villa to explain how all the appliances and services worked. We personally felt this was a very special touch to help make guests feel right at home. I wish we could take home the housekeeping staff; they did an extraordinary job cleaning our villa daily thank you for being so efficient. The owners Christian and Françoise are lovely people and truly gave us the best advise on places to visit and restaurants. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home. Christian your home-made figure jam was excellent thank you for sharing some with us. It’s a feeling of family and warmth every time we walked into the reception or around the Domaine, most of the clientele that go there has been “regulars” for many years and truly after being there ourselves we understand why. Thank you for embracing our family, thank you for giving us a home away from home. We wish you all the best of success for the futures to come. Keep up the good work and we will be back before you know it. My advice to anyone reading this and considering booking a holiday at the Domain Villas Mandarine, is not to even think about it twice, JUST DO IT you will not regret it.

I stayed at this location with my family in August 2023, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the experience. My father wrote a review after our visit, and I am deeply troubled by the response from Francois, who made inaccurate and disparaging remarks about our family. Francois's behavior towards us was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Whenever we approached the reception for advice, such as restaurant recommendations or directions, Francois's responses were consistently blunt and rude. It felt as though there was a personal bias against us. We paid thousands to stay here for our summer holiday. It is shocking that Francois mentions communication prior to our stay given that my father struggled to get ahold of reception and the sheer volume of emails mostly related to him following up after a few days of no response. Contrary to her claims about noise, we only played music from an iPhone on the first day, and it was at a very low volume. Despite this, the reception, located directly across from our villa, asked us to turn it down. We complied and did not play any music afterward. Our stay was marred by discomfort and poor service. Francois also charged my father for alleged damage to a bike, which is highly questionable given that my father, at 54 years old, would not misuse the bike. We primarily used the bikes to travel to town since the villa was quite remote. Although we requested a taxi service, it was not arranged. Instead, the staff kindly took us to town but Francois insisted we pay 20 euros for each trip, which lasted only five minutes. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory, and we felt unfairly treated throughout our stay.

Depuis plus de 7 ans, nous fréquentons deux fois par ans cet établissement de locations de villas avec piscine privée gérée par une équipe très dynamique, et et hors norme! ( on les a vu se débattre avec volonté et force le fameux 18 aout 2022 lors de la tempête) Plus qu'un accueil chaleureux, des services irréprochables et surtout on s'y sent bien. Le " Hergé" ( de 7 à 7 ans ) de la location de villas, c'est bien ici : accueil personnalisé, livraisons de la boulangerie tous les jours et de courses sur demande, salle de jeux pour les enfants, services de conciergerie avec des hôtesses aux petits soins et massages sur mesures (mentions spéciales pour capucine, Sabrina , Élodie , Vanina) La gouvernante Anca est à l’écoute de toutes vos demandes. Les jardiniers sont discrets et efficaces. On part de ce petit paradis avec regrets ! Quelle belle réussite! Merci encore à cette formidable équipe , à Christian et à Françoise . A très vite les amis .

Fantastic, modern, spotlessly clean accommodation that was excellently equipped. Beautiful pool in a stunning setting with lovely mountain views. The pool and outside area (including bbq if used) cleaned daily, discretely first thing in the morning. Housekeeping daily by a fantastic team, so efficient. Great location for airport, beach and Calvi town. Bread and pastries delivery every morning was a great touch. Lovely, welcome pack on arrival. We had a couple of teething problems with temperature of pool and downstairs water on arrival that the team could not have done more to fully resolve for us by next day. Very impressed by the high level of customer service. Thank you to the team at Villas Mandarine for an amazing family holiday to celebrate my 50th Birthday and the complimentary upgrade and magnum of champagne was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. We look forward to staying with you again.

Encore des vacances exceptionnelles grâce au domaine Villas Mandarine. Tout est pensé autour du client et de son bien être. L’équipe et la direction est aux petits soins pour nous et nos enfants, nous nous sentons ici comme chez nous avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d’humain. Les maisons sont magnifique avec un confort très haut de gamme, grande chambre avec salle de bain, dressing et même un bureau pour le télétravail. La cuisine et les extérieurs sont très bien équipés avec des matériaux de qualité et de dernière génération. On adore le spa avant gardiste avec ses soins uniques fait avec des cosmétiques corses. Que des plus qui vous facilite la vie, livraison du petit déjeuner, courses, réservation restaurants et activités… et les vélos électriques de haute qualité pour aller faire des courses dans le centre ville. Merci aux personnels et aux patrons de penser aux clients avant tout pour nous faire vivre tous les ans cette expérience. Nous pensons toute l’année à notre bonheur ici. A l’année prochaine !

Nous avons été au spa le 24 Août 2023 à 17h20 pour un massage en duo prévu à 17h30 entre copines. Sabrina était ponctuelle et l'autre masseuse est arrivée 3 minutes à 17h27 et le massage a été raccourci de 10 min sans massage du visage pour mon amie qui était fortement déçue. Être à l'heure, c'est déjà être en retard et il n'y a pas deux fois l'occasion de faire une bonne impression comme le dicton de la célèbre EHL. Outre la ponctualité à revoir, c'était très bruyant ce qui est dommage dans des cabines de massage. Quand à l'accueil, il n'y avait pas de compassion pour sa déception et moi on ne m'a même pas demandé si j'avais passé un agréable moment. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Sabrina pour la qualité de son massage. Vu le prix et le standing de l'établissement, il y a des points qui pourraient être améliorés : -demander si la température de la cabine convient (entre le froid de la clim ou la chaleur du sauna à côté...) -demander s'il y a des zones où on préfère être massé / contre indication -le passage d'un carré tiède du hot caby sur les mains et les pieds avant de commencer - faire respirer l'huile avant le soin et avoir un choix ou une petite sélection -offrir une boisson à la fin du soin avec un accompagnement jusqu'au bout. Bonne fin de saison à tous.
