Wonderful structure that combines the splendor of an elegant seventeenth-century villa with the modernity and functionality of one of the best-equipped wellness centers in Italy. Staff worthy of the stars achieved by the structure. Excellent and well-stocked breakfast. Perhaps just a little additional maintenance for some rooms but overall almost excellent.

A luxurious hotel in a historic palazzo, in a beautiful quiet place. There is beauty and tranquility around: hills, ponds, ducks, golf courses, pine trees. Very comfortable bed, large warm bathroom, pleasant cosmetics. Chic breakfast. The SPA has many locations, even with a large number of visitors there is enough space for everyone. The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it.
The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect.
Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain).
The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

note negative: gli accappatoi e ciabattine sono identici per tutti gli ospiti interni ed esterni e si mescolano sempre.
le due vasche esterne non sono molto grandi rispetto al numero di persone che vi accedono.
va bene che offrono un aperitivo pomeridiano ma non mettere piattini ma solo tovagliolini per prendere il cibo non mi sembra molto pratico ed elegante
nonostante sia un 5 stelle non abbiamo potuto cenare in struttura in quanto avevano un'altro evento privato.
non può una struttura del genere non offrire il servizio della cena e invitare a prendere la macchina e fare km alla ricerca di un ristorante.

Siamo stati alla Spa per una escape di 5 ore un venerdì mattina, evitando così il pienone del weekend o di giornate festive; situazione tutto sommato tranquilla anche se mi sarei comunque aspettato meno gente. Il centro mi è piaciuto, trovo abbia una vasta scelta di spazi ed esperienze diverse, con ottima pulizia degli spazi, bella atmosfera anche se personalmente eviterei la musica in alcune zone, specie quelle relax (o perlomeno a un volume un pò più basso).

Posto molto bello e pulito ,servizio scarso , un 5 stelle che non offre neanche la bottiglia di acqua in camera né tanto meno alle terme , mi hanno obbligato a prendere una camera suierior pagando 390€ in più solo xke avevo un cagnolino Chihuauha ! L’ho trovato assurdo e costosissimo !!! Cibo discreto ! Non ci ritornerò sicuramente
