Wonderful structure that combines the splendor of an elegant seventeenth-century villa with the modernity and functionality of one of the best-equipped wellness centers in Italy. Staff worthy of the stars achieved by the structure. Excellent and well-stocked breakfast. Perhaps just a little additional maintenance for some rooms but overall almost excellent.

The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it. The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain). The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

Recensione QC Terme – 3 Stelle QC Terme resta una delle location più suggestive per concedersi una pausa di benessere. La posizione è eccellente, immersa in un contesto naturale che amplifica la sensazione di evasione dalla routine quotidiana. Le piscine, come sempre, sono il punto di forza della struttura: curate, scenografiche e perfettamente integrate con l’ambiente circostante, offrendo un’esperienza visiva e sensoriale unica. Tuttavia, il crescente afflusso di visitatori ha tolto molto del relax che un tempo contraddistingueva il luogo. Venerdì, sperando in una giornata di tranquillità, ci siamo ritrovati in una situazione troppo affollata per poterne godere appieno. Un altro aspetto migliorabile è la ristorazione: il pranzo, a 34€ a persona, non offre una scelta particolarmente ampia, e le porzioni risultano piuttosto contenute. Inoltre, la rigidità sugli orari di pranzo e aperitivo rende l’esperienza meno flessibile, anche se probabilmente è una necessità organizzativa data l’alta affluenza. Nota di merito allo staff: dal team della reception al personale del Bistrot e dei servizi, tutti si sono dimostrati gentili, professionali e attenti. Complimenti alla direzione e ai manager, che spero possano prendere questa recensione non come un reclamo, ma come uno spunto per migliorare l’esperienza complessiva e ritrovare quel senso di esclusività che ha sempre caratterizzato QC Terme.

Esperienza superba, tutto ben organizzato e mantenuto , inoltre la location è molto suggestiva. Alcune sale fantastiche. Un solo appunto: al check-in meglio esplicitare che i capelli lunghi e la barba molto lunga và raccolta/i A un buon ritorno
