Wonderful structure that combines the splendor of an elegant seventeenth-century villa with the modernity and functionality of one of the best-equipped wellness centers in Italy. Staff worthy of the stars achieved by the structure. Excellent and well-stocked breakfast. Perhaps just a little additional maintenance for some rooms but overall almost excellent.

A luxurious hotel in a historic palazzo, in a beautiful quiet place. There is beauty and tranquility around: hills, ponds, ducks, golf courses, pine trees. Very comfortable bed, large warm bathroom, pleasant cosmetics. Chic breakfast. The SPA has many locations, even with a large number of visitors there is enough space for everyone. The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it.
The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect.
Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain).
The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

Le lieu est difficile à trouver...arrivés en retard nous avons été accueillis comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles, par un excité mal-aimable et violent au parking ! Puis la réception nous a encore retardés en nous faisant payer dès l'arrivée alors que nous étions en retard pour un massage ! Nous avons dû nous déshabiller en vitesse dans la salle de massage sans pouvoir poser nos vêtements. Puis obligés de nous rhabiller pour regagner le spa, huilés, alors qu'ils auraient dû nous apporter des peignoirs...mais ce n'était pas la procédure !!! Début difficile pour se relaxer ! Le spa est de bonne qualité, propre. Les collations sont très décevantes, bourratives, et insipides. Ridicule ! le dress code pour l'apéritif: tous en peignoir comme des pingouins !! si pas de peignoior, pas d'apéritif !!!

Approfittando di un lunedì libero da impegni lavorativi sono stato presso le terme del garda con mia moglie. Avevo già visitato quelle di Bormio e posso dirle che anche quelle gardesane mi sono piaciute molto. Presenti molte saune con varie temperature e profumi e bagnoturco. Presenti anche due piscine riscaldate esterne davvero belle e scenografiche. A pranzo abbiamo scelto il lunch da 34 euro a testa con ottima offerta di primi e piatti freddi nonché bevande, vino e e birra. Nell'offerta é compreso accappatoio e ciabatte. Se dovete staccare per una giornata relax ve lo consiglio.
