The hotel has a nice upscale feel, especially in the lobby and restaurant areas, which fit its five-star branding. However, some corridors and rooms show signs of wear, suggesting they haven't been updated recently. While the design is still elegant, certain areas could benefit from renovation to match the luxury of the public spaces. Service was above average, and the staff were generally efficient, but I noticed a lack of warmth at times. Front desk and security staff, though professional, could be more welcoming. Simple gestures like a smile or greeting would enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement in both upkeep and guest interactions.

It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

We stayed during 10 day quarantine: Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food. Cons: The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. Missing light bulbs. Stain walls. The window cover was falling apart from rust. The AC literally have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. Mosquitoes in the room. The hallway smells cigarette smokes. There’s no AC in the hallway. The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance. The hotel walls are dingy. No elevator. No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside. They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

Polite people and reasonable access to the city. Cafe is closed and massage open Tuesday to Friday only I believe.

Great location, amazing front office staff, very courteous and professional. Room was clean, carpeted and spacious. Got a birthday cake for my boy as well. Will definitely come back. Direct access to Robinsons mall. 5 star experience indeed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The room I stayed in was not only exceptionally clean but also very spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The hotel provides a range of amenities that contributed to a comfortable stay, including complimentary water, a reliable heater, and a secure safety deposit box. These thoughtful touches made it easy to settle in and feel at home. What truly stood out was the staff's level of service. They were consistently helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Their friendly demeanor greatly enhanced my overall experience. We have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.
