We stayed during 10 day quarantine: Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food. Cons: The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. Missing light bulbs. Stain walls. The window cover was falling apart from rust. The AC literally have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. Mosquitoes in the room. The hallway smells cigarette smokes. There’s no AC in the hallway. The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance. The hotel walls are dingy. No elevator. No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside. They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

The hotel has a nice upscale feel, especially in the lobby and restaurant areas, which fit its five-star branding. However, some corridors and rooms show signs of wear, suggesting they haven't been updated recently. While the design is still elegant, certain areas could benefit from renovation to match the luxury of the public spaces. Service was above average, and the staff were generally efficient, but I noticed a lack of warmth at times. Front desk and security staff, though professional, could be more welcoming. Simple gestures like a smile or greeting would enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement in both upkeep and guest interactions.

For my 4days and 4 nights, sulit na sulit sya plus my free breakfast pa. Sa october babalik ako here nang cubao for bini’s concert ulit at dito pa din ako magbobook kahit mejo malayo sya. Gustong gusto ko dun and mejo ayaw ko lg sometimes yung sa frontdesk na girls hnd accomodating parang hirap kausap d nagthethank you o nagsasmile. Pero ok nmn in all.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish. Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups. Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though. Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals. I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times. Over all, I'd stay here again.

Polite people and reasonable access to the city. Cafe is closed and massage open Tuesday to Friday only I believe.

All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena .
