Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa

First of all, I would like to start with the positive aspects of this hotel, there are two of them - beautiful and well-kept territory, as well as a beautiful interior in the room and delicious food from the menu at dinner. That's where the pluses end. This was our third hotel on the island in this category and therefore there is something to compare with. The most unfortunate place in terms of service level. Of course, if you are an unpretentious vacationer, then this place will do. It seemed to us that the matter is in the extremely low organization of management processes within the hotel and savings on everything. There are capsules and a coffee machine in the room, which are paid (only two coffee capsules are free for the entire stay). All drinks at dinner are paid, even water. The food is delicious, but in addition to this, it is important to note that at dinner many times we had to wait for food for two hours. We expressed our dissatisfaction repeatedly and are not ready to sit in the dining room for two hours, since we have work and we are very limited in time. Probably, the cook simply cannot cope with preparing such a quantity of food for such a occupancy of the hotel. Some people simply got up and left without waiting for dessert. This is extreme disrespect for guests. In the first days, we noticed that shampoos, shower gels and other items were not replenished after cleaning, we asked the reception to take action, but only after a written complaint they took action and began to monitor the cleaning more closely. Thank you for the prompt response, we are glad that the hotel reacts and listens. Probably, I would recommend taking this hotel initially without meals, or only breakfasts. The hotel provides free kayaks, a catamaran on which you can swim along the beach, a hamam. There is a tea break (afternoon snack): the first day is free, then 350 rupees per day. The staff is friendly and eager to help, but you need to work quickly and clearly right away so that the guest does not have an unpleasant impression.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Sea Diamond! Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach toll! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool war einfach ein Traum! Es gibt beim Hotel auch einen eigenen Strandabschnitt, hier kann man ganz entspannt ins Wasser gehen, sich kostenlos SUPs, Tretboote und Kajaks ausleihen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und total lecker. Das Abendessen ist ein 3-Gänge-Menü, bei jedem Gang hat man eine Auswahl an 3 Angeboten - und jedes Gericht war wirklich unfassbar lecker! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und besondere Grüße an Sarah, die uns so freundlich bei der Ankunft herumgeführt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le dîner est une expérience raffinée que nous avons adoré : trois entrées au choix et trois plats principaux, garantissant une diversité gourmande et élégante, idéales pour nos palais exigeants. A souligner aussi que l’équipe du Sea Diamond marque par sa chaleur et son professionnalisme : à la réception, au restaurant, au spa ou pour le service en chambre, tous sont attentionnés, disponibles et bienveillants. Sea Diamond a été pour nous une découverte fabuleuse : une parenthèse où l’on prend le temps de vivre chaque instant, où l’on côtoie des collaborateurs et une population réellement agréable. Des soirées en toute convivialité avec l’équipe de direction ont ajouté une touche très chaleureuse à notre séjour. D'ailleurs, Félicitation à la Direction! Le SPA est un véritable havre de paix : massages relaxants, soins personnalisés, suivis d’une infusion apaisante… un moment de détente inoubliable. Vraiment, What else ! En quelques jours seulement, nous avons réussi à laisser derrière nous le rythme effréné de l’année. Ce séjour nous a permis de nous ressourcer pleinement, dans un cadre paisible, ressourçant et exceptionnel tout en gardant un petit oeil sur les affaires en cours. Sans aucun doute, c’est un lieu que nous recommandons chaleureusement — pour les familles, les couples, les voyageurs en solo ou les professionnels en déplacement : confort, bienveillance et sérénité y sont garantis!
