What I enjoyed most was the Aquapower Water Aerobics with Susan. I’ve done water aerobics before but never had a workout that worked every muscle in my body, did core strengthening, and stretching and balance exercises. Susan explained each move well and showed modifications if anyone needed them. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.

We stayed for a family reunion with people aged 9-70. This place had something for everyone. The buffet and omelet station made by Carlos was great. There was 4 or 5 course dinner with our all-inclusive stay. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The pool could use an update, but everyone around it were having fun…

Avoid Villa Roma is my advice. One big nightmare . This use to be a great place with good service. The dining room coordinator, Randi, lied about our seating assignment reservation and caused conflicts with other staff members. The recreational equipment was either missing or damaged. One order of the pork was undercooked. Please get new ownership and conduct better training of your management staff. Avoid this "resort". Joe

It rained endlessly, so we couldn’t enjoy the outside amenities. But - the shows were great, and the food was super especially the 5 course dinners. Making our visit even more special were Andrea, our waitress, and Benjamin, a server. They were hilarious and we all hugged them goodbye because we liked them so much.

This is my first and last time ever coming here. We were guests of someone who owns a timeshare. This place is beyond rundown. It’s skeevy and straight up dirty. And while I try not to judge how people choose to spend their money, you have to be out of your mind to spend over $1000 a week to stay here. Please take advantage of Trip Advisor and go elsewhere. And the managers will tell you that they are renovating, but this place is beyond renovation. Buildings need to be torn down and built again. I’ve dubbed this place “meth-airy lodge”. And I haven’t even touched on the food! Caesar night pasta had bitter broccoli rabe, undercooked sausage and dry orecchiette pasta. The mussels were bad and the ‘charcuterie’ plate was a joke. For what they charge, they have some nerve!

Wanted to commend the service received in the main dining room. We were on a bus tour and each night we had a 5 course meal which was excellent. Our servers Andreana and Benjamin are on top of their game. They were efficient, quick, friendly and after 2 meals knew what drink you wanted without asking. They worked long and hard from breakfast, lunch and dinner and lwe loved their attitude - couldn't ask for anyone better. Beds were comfortable but the rooms could use some updating. They are working on it. Nice relaxing trip.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Villa Roma is the place to stay. If you like to keep busy, also Villa Roma. Nestled in the Catskill Mountains, Villa Roma is a beautiful retreat. The staff and the regular time share owners are friendly and welcoming. Doc Holiday and his group host many fun activities. Among them are (wooden) horse, turtle and duck races, concerts, bocce, tours, etc. The Tribute to the Troops is a must see! Doc & Joy are exceedingly talented. Doc engages the audience and is the best activities person ever! His talents seem endless. I definitely plan to return...hopefully soon.

They are horrible. The check in took hours and the rooms weren’t ready. Everything is very outdated. It’s like going back in time. They actually hand u a metal key. Old small elevator. Dinner was supposed to be at 6pm. I am here with 150 ladies at a convention. We r seated at table they then say dinner is at 8pm cause they are backed up. 8:40 still haven’t had dinner. Every store is overpriced 5 handicap spaces and the parking lot is a block away. Small small tvs and old air conditioners that are super noisy. The bellhops were nice. Pass on this place not worth it. The bell hops were nice.

Came with my school for a Senior Class Trip! We had 43 seniors. They were very welcoming and especially helpful with the food service. They helped some of our more picky eaters make sure they had something for each meal! They also helped our vegan staff members! Amazing service from Andrea and everyone in the kitchen/serving staff. Thank you!
