酒店各方面沒話説，主要過來吐槽攜程的代理：1、app顯示入住兩人，小童入住政策是可以免費入住並帶一張床。到了被告知不被允許，不能取消，必須升房。
2、升級成套房多花了我78歐，最氣人的是我在攜程付了1880結果酒店那裡衹收到201歐的錢，絕對是巨坑的一天。
人在境外真是啥啥都難，天天做羔羊，原來以為攜程能靠譜點結果還是一個樣子。

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hostellerie des Gorges de Pennafort pour célébrer mon anniversaire, et ce fut tout simplement parfait du début à la fin. La chambre, une suite junior, était très bien : spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût, et offrant un confort total pour un séjour serein et reposant. Le repas était exceptionnel, à la hauteur de la réputation de l’établissement : des plats raffinés, pleins de saveurs, servis avec une attention et un professionnalisme remarquables. Le tout dans un restaurant magnifique. Un grand merci à Vince, pour son accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Il a largement contribué à rendre cette occasion encore plus spéciale, tout comme l’ensemble du personnel, toujours attentif, discret et bienveillant. Un endroit à recommander sans hésiter, pour une parenthèse gastronomique et élégante dans un cadre splendide. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre standard au tarif de 280 €, mais elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux standards d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, ressemblant davantage à une chambre de 3 étoiles supérieur. L’accueil a été glacial : aucun sourire et aucune attention particulière. La personne qui nous a accompagnés ne nous a donné aucune information sur les installations, et j’ai dû appeler deux fois la réception pour obtenir des explications. De plus, la chambre était bruyante. Le dîner de la Saint-Valentin, facturé 190 € hors boissons, s’est révélé décevant et ne justifiait pas son prix. Le directeur, qui nous a accueillis, s’est montré désagréable et semblait mal à l’aise dans son rôle. En revanche, nous avons eu la chance d’échanger avec le chef de cuisine en fin de repas. C’est un homme remarquable, d’une grande gentillesse et à l’écoute de ses clients. C’est d’ailleurs le seul point positif que nous retenons de notre expérience. Au final, ce séjour, qui nous a coûté plus de 1100 €, ne valait clairement pas le détour. C’est la raison pour laquelle j’ai attribué seulement 3 étoiles.

Très bon séjour, Très belle suite simple mais jolie... Juste à revoir la literie un peu creusée mais pas inconfortable.
