Hotel is great and the cleaners are good and clean the rooms good! The reception staff Fernando was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and the lifeguard Guille is a great guy and very helpful by the pool and is the perfect lifeguard you want for your kids (very friendly and attentive). Amazing views of the atlantic ocean and in a good area with many bars and restaurants a throw stone away.

We stayed at Albatross Malibu apartments in the village last year and fell in love with the pace of it all. I saw a great deal for this hotel so we couldn’t say no. I’m so glad we didn’t. We went self catering and had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. It was fantastic, I especially liked the fact that it was a separate kitchen too so that when you’re making your morning cuppa you’re not doing it in someone’s sleeping area if you’re using the sofa bed! The bedroom was large and a well appointed bathroom. The balcony wasn’t big enough to have the 3 of us sat out though. Everything was clean and apart from a bit of painting needed very well looked after. There was always someone cleaning. I spoke to 3 different receptionists whilst we were there and all of them were so friendly and professional, they are a great asset to the hotel. As usual we only had the maids in 3 times over the week as we like to have a lie in but when they were in everything was cleaned to a great standard. We take kitchen wipes and as well as the dishwasher, washing up liquid, brush and tea towels are provided. As the pool is at the back of the hotel it doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon, so was quite cold until early evening. The pool area was busy so we stayed outside by the wellness centre when we wanted to chill out. It was less noisy there too. Having been before we knew our favourite restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. We went to Nebula as their 4 cheese pizza is something I’ve been craving for a year! We also visited Eclipse for brunch a few times too. I used the Titsa app to get the bus to Las Americas and Fanabe. We walked to Playa Parisio and got a cab back as it was late - €5.10 The supermarket 2 mins walk away is well stocked and we got everything we needed but we noticed that prices are a lot higher than this time last year but then everywhere is. The one thing that did confuse me though was there is no smoking on our balcony, in the apartment I understand. Yet our balcony was right over the smoking area at the pool and every single seating area in the bar and wellness centre area is designated as smoking areas. So in the morning I had to take a cuppa down to the bar to have my cig. There certainly were not enough seats for a full hotel on an evening and on occasion I was met with some hostility from other guests if I was sat down there smoking. In fact one guest who had sat down at the same table whilst I was smoking, moved the ashtray under the table as soon as I put it out as if to say you can go now. This would have been prevented if smoking had been allowed on the balcony. It also meant we didn’t feel welcome staying downstairs for an evening and spending money in the bar. The only entertainment there was on a couple of evenings when a man sang to a backing track in the restaurant area. However there was a lady who played a lot of different ‘modern’ songs on an electric violin who was great. This isn’t a place for kids I would say

Stayed 2 weeks AI arrived early hours in the morning was greeted by friendly reception guy,we had a sea view room with spectacular views, this is a very chilled hotel so if you want entertainment and activities throughout the day, this is not the hotel for you, there is no air-conditioning in rooms but we didn't find this a problem as the fans worked for us,but may be a problem for others, can not fault the staff from the cleaners, maintance, bar & restaurant and receptionists all worked very hard and friendly some of best staff come across! Lovely pool and area it is salt water so the children at the hotel found it a problem getting in their eyes, there was no sunbed wars could always get a sunbed. The food was good always something to eat like any all inclusive does get repetitive, we ate out a few times just for a change some great bars and restaurants all reasonable priced we thought, overall had amazing holiday at this hotel and will be definitely returning Thanks Atlantic Holiday for Making Memories

A really enjoyable stay as a family of four with young children. The staff were exceptionally friendly, we even arrived at 1am and the night porter arranged some sandwiches and water for us after a long trip. Pool was great (saltwater) and there were always enough beds. On the odd occasion it was full, there were couches and tables outside the bar directly next to the pool. Nice atmosphere around the pool. Locally, there is a beach to enjoy and 15 or so local restaurants which we enjoyed, particularly L’Osteria on the beach. 3 local supermarkets were useful for us as we went self catering. Rooms were basic but did the job for the price paid which was very reasonable. Maids were engaged and helpful. View from the room was just beautiful overlooking the sea. Would happily go again

Great location away from the busier resorts like playa Americas. Great chill out hotel, fantastic service friendly staff, apartment spacious and clean, good if you want a chilled holiday with s little Cove like beach 3 minutes away.hired a car through hotel and visited a few other locations on the coast. But definitely if you want a relaxed location this is it , good food a lots of local restaurants walking distance. Grat chill out hotel. I personally wouldn't bring children more of an adult chill location.

NOT GREAT AT ALL location was beautiful and very picturesque but... No air conditioning only an old fan and if the windows are open at night then bugs get in limited food on a supposed amazing menu lunch was the best meal as stuff cooked to order, breakfast and evening meal cold had to be microwaved no allergy information No entertainment/ pool activities nothing for kids to do apart from a tiny playroom the bus is a whole hour away from los Cristianos. will not be returning

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. We did have one issue where the reception staff didn’t read the notes on the account that stated we needed a one bedroom apartment as I was travelling with my 88 year old mum, they had ‘upgraded’ us to a suite which was a nice touch but just not what we wanted. Sadly no alternative room available that night but the reception staff sorted everything the next morning. I must say at this point how friendly the reception staff and night security staff were. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer. I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels. Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it. While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again. The village itself is quiet which suited us just fine. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby, a little (pricey) supermarket, a few ATM’s and a black sand beach. The beach has a few fixed umbrellas but no beds with a beachside restaurant and toilets. There is a bus service that provides easy access to explore a little. Quite pricey to get a taxi late at night back from Las Americas.

Just thought I would come on here and give a honest review: This hotel is not a kids hotel. There is no entertainment on a night except a singer for a hour some nights and no pool entertainment, just a couple of inflatable. Another note for the kids, you are literally in the middle of nowhere, there is just a beach which is a 5-10 minute walk, again not really kid friendly. There is no air con in the room, just a fan next to the balcony doors. This might be a bit niche but, there is only one mocktail which is terrible if you are a non-drinker, pregnant etc. There are ants in the bathroom and bedroom floor, I mean a lot of them. Despite being all inclusive, most of the items from the bar you have to pay for, similar to the pool table. However, the hotel itself is clean, there is a wide range of food and beautiful views.
