Very good overnight stay , staff are great the live music was magic room was clean and comfortable and although it was a continental breakfast the choice was great would definitely stay again 😊

Everything and everyone was great. We drank at the pub, ate in the dining room (Fish and Chips and the Tortalinni were fantastic) and we stayed in a room upstairs. Lots of options in town, but we were never disappointed at The Crown. We did splurge for treat at the bakery and it was very, very good as well. Lots of shopping and things to do walking up and down the main street.
The Crown and the town of Callander offer everything you could want as a tourist!

Lovely September Trip
We had a lovely one night stay in the Crown Hotel, great king size bed and hot shower for after a long day of walking. There was complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice surprise, and the rooms were well stocked with tea, coffee and toiletries. Amazing location in Callander, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and ample walks of varying lengths.

Nice night away
Enjoyed our stay in a very central location. Rooms small but very clean. Staff very helpful and food good,especially breakfast- first class.

Depressing
Hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and reception was unmanned, had to go through busy bar to check in. Room was tiny with small window overlooking flat roof covered with cigarette ends. Ageing decor and grubby en suite. Not the country pub feel we were expecting. Went and found somewhere else!! They enquired why we had left but no refund was offered.

Weekend break.
Room was great , enjoyed the shower as stayed in other hotels in callander and they were either frozen or no power. Had dinner in bar the food was cooked from scratch and very tasty. Staff are friendly.

Elderly walker seeking comfort!
The hotel exceeded my expectations, although I would have preferred the option of a cooked breakfast. Breakfast was the only disappointment.
