I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool temperature was incredibly cold, too cold to get in. Asked the front desk what the temperature was and they did not know nor did they care and said the temperature could not be increased, nobody was in the pool all weekend. I would have chosen a cheaper place without a pool if I knew in advance the pool was too cold to get in.

Be careful. I was stuck in Minneapolis St Paul International airport during a blizzard for 23 hours. I called this hotel twice to give them updates. Finally I had to cancel my room as a courtesy to them so they could use it for someone else that may show up. They charged me $245.00 for same day cancellation. In 27 years I have never been charged for a cancellation or no show when it was extreme weather as the reason. Stay somewhere else.

Staff was amazing and super accomodating from the start! I had to call them a couple of times because I was late to my reservarion but they made sure everything went smooth once I arrived. Front desk ladies were very nice and answered all my questions. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was a little too cold to actually use but the weather outside was also not the best. I wish they had a heated option. Overall very nice hotel, will be coming back again next year! Also everything is like a 5-10 min walk. Walmart, Wawa, Texas Roadhouse is like right in front. Very pleased with my stay!
