A good place to stay if you need to be in that area of Cali. The staff stored one bag of groceries for us since there wasn't a refrigerator in our room.

La atención fue muy buena, estuvieron muy pendientes para atendernos y más durante las noches, que por motivos de fuerza mayor llegábamos tarde y teníamos que salir a comer, el cuarto era cómodo. Mi único punto negativo, fue porque el cuarto que estuve (102) el baño tiene un vidrio que no es polarizado, y la puerta del baño no cierra totalmente. Lo digo por dar un comentario a mejor, pero tampoco me vine insatisfecho, todo lo contrario. Gracias, Dios le recompense por sus atenciones.

Es muy central, además de que la atención es muy buena, los desayunos son variados, las camas son cómodas. Los empleados del hotel son muy amables. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una cena en el mismo lugar y nos sentimos muy bien. Recomendado.

Buena atención de cada uno de sus empleados, muy serviciales, el desayuno estaba incluido y ofrecían varias opciones, un sector muy central pero al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo, las habitaciones muy confortables, buen servicio de WiFi en todo el establecimiento y parqueo.
