Las habitación tenia bastante olor a humedad pedimos que nos cambiaran y nos ofrecieron una mucho mas pequeña pero que olia bien, el problema radica en que te quitan el servicio de agua a cada rato… tuve que llamar a recepción cada vez que necesite entrar al baño y eso fue bastante incomodo

Terrible. La recepcionista muy grosera. Ni nos quedamos por la actitud de esa señora. Queda en una zona horrible sucia, se ve muy maltratado , no recomendado. Parece hasta peligroso. No se queden……..

The property needs a lot of attention the staff is amazing Camila, Paulina and Jeremy they made my stay really pleasant and comfortable the bad time was when a lady named Vanessa get to the hotel and start yelling at all staff with very bad attitude and in front of all guests this is very unprofessional of her talking to the employees like that when they deserve a recognition for their hard work and dedication she is the one that needs to get fired or leave to make this place much better her administration sucks as we can see on the Maintance of the hotel. Special thanks to the staff

Truly, from start to finish, everything in this hotel is a complete disaster, if you can even call it that. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair; everything is either broken, non-functional, or in terrible condition. The mattresses, pillows, and sheets are bad; the TV didn't work; the bathroom had no water, not even enough to brush your teeth. Breakfast is a disastrous experience; everything is bad: the eggs, the coffee, the hot chocolate, the dishes, the wait staff, the tables, the tablecloths... in short, if you're reading this and considering choosing this accommodation, don't do it. Seriously, it's a disaster from start to finish.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, no nos dieron jabon de cuerpo, toallas asquerosas, terrible ! Booking deberia de listar el hotel, no es 4 estrellas por mucho 1. The worst hotel i have been, dirty, old, the towels were disgusting, they didnt give us body soap. Dont even consider to stay here.
