I have stayed at this hotel twice due to its convenient location near my family. While the staff are generally friendly and caring, there are significant issues. The bathroom has a weak flush and cheap-looking mirrors. The hotel caters more to corporate clients, causing early morning noise from showers and doors WIFI 5th floor weak couldn’t work from here but the worst experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. Despite paying for a late check-out, housekeeping approached me at 6:15pm at the restaurant in front a friend that was visiting me , saying we should have left at 7 PM as the room was book for a next reservation. This was surprising, as I thought the room would be unavailable the next day for disinfection since we were sick. They showed no empathy, even though my husband and I were unwell, and the room hadn’t been cleaned for the last three days during our week-long stay, the room was made up only twice because our fault we were most of the time inside sleeping Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be returning. The lack of care and inadequate facilities overshadow the positive aspects of the staff.

I don't recommend it at all!!! The location itself is good, close to the Chipichape shopping center, this is the only positive point. The room is very bright, even with the curtain closed. I woke up every day at 5 am, because light enters the room and the window doesn't absorb any extreme noise, horn sounds, cars passing by, etc. We arrived and the wi-fi wasn't working, we've been staying here for 4 days and it hasn't come back yet. The water ran out yesterday afternoon. Anyway, horrible experience, spend a little more and choose another option nearby.

On September 5, I stayed at this hotel and in addition to the bad reviews it has, I must add that they asked me to send an email so that the invoice information would be in the name of the company; I sent it and when I checked out they hadn't even opened the email. At the time of billing I needed the invoice with the company information and they told me, don't worry, they would send it to my email in 3 or 4 days at the latest. Today, September 23, after several emails, they still haven't sent me anything or responded to my emails. I do not recommend this hotel and it is NOT 4 stars. Maximum 3 and it falls short.

Terrible attention, I requested washing of clothes and they kept them outside all day and they did not wash them, the cleanliness of the room.
