🌟 Just had an amazing stay at NH Hotels Cali Royal! It's perfectly situated near shopping malls and a golf resort, making it super convenient. The staff were truly outstanding, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. And can we talk about the breakfast buffet? So many delicious options! When I booked for a date, the app gave me a different date and I booked with this error. I asked the hotel to modify it and they informed me that I had to deal with this with Trip. I sent the information to Trip and they replied that the hotel had not accepted modifications or cancellations due to their policies. The fact is that I think it was very badly done by both companies. I will not trust either of them again. I was a huge customer of NH Cali Royal and I highly recommended it. I have already had two very boring experiences with the reservation or room request.

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and professional front desk service. Dinner (salmon) in the restaurant is excellent, not to mention the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend NH Hotel.

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!
