Left stranded at 2am on Christmas Day I am extremely disappointed with Santiago DC Hostel's unprofessional conduct and lack of communication. I had a reservation booked through ******* for December 24th to 26th, but upon arrival on Christmas Eve, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice. This left me stranded in Cali at 2 AM on Christmas Day without accommodation, causing significant stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, every other accommodation in Cali was fully booked due to the holiday season. I spent hours desperately searching for a place to stay in the middle of the night on Christmas Day, with no support from the hostel staff. Their disregard for my booking and well-being, especially during the holidays, was unacceptable. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the hostel's failure to communicate the cancellation and their complete lack of support were deeply unprofessional. I would strongly advise against booking with Santiago DC Hostal if you value reliability and peace of mind.

Das Hotstel hat nettes Personal eine schöne Dachterrasse die man leider nur tagsüber benutzen kann. In unserem vier Bettenzimmer Nr. 5 wär's mal höchste Zeit für eine neue Matratze in dem Doppelbett. Vielleicht gleich ein neues Bett und in die riesigen unheimlichen schwarzen Schränke würde ich persönlich nichts reinlegen.

Es un excelente hostal como los precios su calidad y precios es excelente la recepción está muy amable cortés muy querida tiene muchos conocimientos en el servicio al cliente las habitaciones son espectaculares son muy limpias la verdad muy contento mi estadía en este hostal y muy feliz por el parque tiene una experiencia inolvidable
