Nos trataron de Maravilla!. Excelente servicio desde que llegamos. Todo limpio, y Nos incluyeron el Desayuno, el cual estuvo muy completo, variado, y delicioso Tiene Wifi, muy fácil de captar, TV muy buena, y grande. Microondas, Refrigerador, Secadora de cabello para la esposa. Burro de planchar. Caja de seguridad La alberca y Jacuzzi listas para usarse. Muy limpio todo. Gym también. Aire Acondicionado muy bueno.

One of the worst experiences. Juliana on the phone was kind, but the rest of the experience has been awful. There was a complication with our travel, and our flight was cancelled last minute (literally ＜60 minutes to departing), leaving us stranded. We called and asked if there is any way we could move the reservation or receive credits or a refund (even if partial), and they refused to do anything of the sort -- essentially, it is on us, they will do nothing to help, do not care, and we need to figure it out. We have stayed at Best Westerns before, and are members of their rewards program and when complications like this arise have never had an issue with re-booking, especially when it is due to weather-related instances. There goes not only an incredibly stressful day, but a really negative experience and a lot of money lost thanks to their "policies". Regardless of how clean or dirty the hotel is, their treatment of my husband and myself in what was one of the most stressful days we've ever had has left such a negative taste.

Nice little hotel with all amenities... refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee/tea, toiletries... nicely appointed, very clean, and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly as well.
