The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

We arrived around 9pm on a Saturday and quite a few people checking in but 3 people doing the checking in so fairly quick and we were given the option to go get some food, as we were AI, but we had eaten on the flight out so we weren't hungry. We had two rooms next to each other, which were a great size and as requested on the ground floor. Issues with the rooms were the water pressure, toilets not very good at flushing and the shower was OK in our room but my daughter and her family next door had a shower with really bad pressure but flooded the floor. Towels aren't the best and it said if you wanted them changed to leave on the floor, but they changed them every day that they came to clean, which is 5 times per week but there were problems with my daughter (4 in her room) only being left 2 towels and having to go get two more from reception. She also said that the settee had a really bad smell, ours was fine. As mentioned in other reviews there's no air con, but we didn't need it. The over bed fan in the bedroom was OK but too noisy to leave it on all night. The food was absolutely fine and we tended to go to the dining room not long after opening and didn't have any problems getting a table but it was only a small dining room for the size of the hotel and some people did struggle to get a table, a few times we sat outside for lunch and on a night. The pools were a bit on the cold side, but once in it was fine and you could struggle to get beds, some of which were in better condition than others, but we managed to get some every day. It's not far to the beach and it was cheap enough to get a couple of beds down there if you wanted to go for the day, plus the sea was slightly warmer than the pool, we went down for a couple of afternoons. The entertainment was OK but the little ones loved it, especially the mini disco (which did the same dances and songs every night but the little ones knew all the moves by the time we had to leave). All the staff were great, especially in the bar. There were only 2 cocktails included in the AI, with €3 to pay if you wanted any of the others, but I was happy with the beer, wine or gin and tonic. We had a late flight out on the Saturday and check out is 11am but we asked (on the Tuesday) about keeping one of our rooms and I must say it was the easiest thing ever, no come back the day before, and cost €40 to keep until 6pm (our pick up was 6.30 pm) if you wanted a 2pm check out it was €20. The hotel is in a very good place to go to shops, bars and restaurants if you aren't AI or just fancy a change, close to the beach and the bus station if you want to venture elsewhere and a taxi rank at the bottom of the road next to the China shop. It definitely isn't a 4star but was value for money and we had a really good family holiday and the kids didn't want to leave. We paid the same amount of money to stay bed and breakfast 2 years ago at the Barcelo Castillo in September so outside school holidays as we did

On the first day of arrival a child threw up in the pool bar which we had Ymir pay for food even though all inclusive. The sick re maimed there all day and evening until it dried up only a sign was put their saying wet floor caution. The table wasn’t cleaned nor the floor. Considering the last time I stayed here we ended up being sick lessons clearly not learned. To add insult we got put in a room a the far end of the resort with only a brick wall as a Burmese. But friends arrived two days later and got an outstanding room and view. If you truly want to be treated well and proper five star accommodation the try the hotel titanic who really do onus what it means. Still stuck here room 8043 if the hotel is looking until Saturday. But could if possible leave to go home or go elsewhere. Don’t come here expecting anything good ( sorry apart from the weather at this point ) although don’t expect to see it from your room
