Such a cute place, nice and clean. Lots of step so not good for anyone that has problems walking. We have the top floor room 15 and it is nice and clean, room is a nice size, terrace is huge with table and chairs and sun loungers it also has a cloth horse to hang your wet stuff. It had a smart tv and sofa bed with a good size wardrobe. Mini fridge is on the small side but it’s ok. Bathroom is big with a bath and shower, our toilet seat isn’t on fully and it slides off while trying to clean yourself 😡 also the hot water come out brown, they have said it to do with something being done on the island but no one else seem to have a problem. A couple that has been here for just over week said it started Thursday and they were told it would be fine in a couple of days it is now Sunday night and it is still like it. I am hoping it will clear before we leave Wednesday morning. Feel sorry after having shower and I’m having to wash in cold water, not really happy about that to be honest. Rooms are a little dated but we don’t mind that as long as it is clean. Apart from the brown hot water this little gem it perfect for a few nights

Hotel pequeño, estilo rural, sencillo a falta de mucha reforma. Habitaciones pequeñas y son auténticos hornos. No hay aire acondicionado: provisto de un ventilador anclado a la pared ruidoso como un tractor arando que no te deja dormir. Nevera igual de ruidosa. Desayuno muy limitado y poco variado: solo manzana y pera. Zumo químico. Apenas embutido… Barato, si, barato pero nos fuimos al segundo día. Horario recepción muy limitado…

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches, del 7 al 10 de Julio en la habitación 12, con una terraza preciosa. Las chicas de recepción y limpieza fueron siempre encantadoras y muy atentas. El hotel es muy tranquilo, familiar y está muy cerca andando, de playas, restaurantes, tiendas y locales de animación. El desayuno bien y completo. Lo cierto, es que en nuestro caso, la bañera estaba en muy malas condiciones y el baño necesita una reforma, que estoy segura, que pronto la realizarán, ya que tienen mucho potencial. Relación calidad precio no puedo pedir más.

Come a casa Hotel molto comodo per girare l’isola , staff molto professionale e simpatici. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole girare fuerte in macchina La sera, prima di andare via ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione al sacco, perché avevamo l’aereo molto presto .

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay lovely little Spanish hotel the staff are very friendly,The breakfast was good we had a room sun lounge's which was very nice it wasn't very busy and a short walk into the centre with lots of bars and restaurants.

The only gripe I have is that the bar & restaurant in the hotel were closed. If I'd have known I wouldn't have booked as I was a solo female traveller and had planned to have my evening meal in the restaurant followed by a couple of drinks in the bar. I received a message the day before I went saying the hotel will only be staffed 8am - 12pm over the festive period. I arrived at 1.30pm and there was nobody around, no holiday makers & no staff it was like the marie celeste. I was dying of thirst. No bar open, no water in the room, didn't know where the shops or bars were as the hotel is on a residential street. Not good. I got my room key from a lock box. You're either open over Christmas or you're closed, make your mind up. Room was ok, it was basic but clean, however the plug hole in the Bath was rusty. One night I heard a couple arguing, shouting, screaming & doors banging but I couldn't alert anyone because the hotel wasn't staffed. The breakfast was basic. There was cold food, for the hot food there was no fried egg or boiled egg or omelette only scrambled egg, no bacon only chipolate sausages & beans.This hotel needs some TLC and some money spending on it, it would then be a little gem. When the staff were there they were friendly & helpful. Good location, close to the beach, bars & shopping centre. Hotel had a small pool. Don't think I'd stay here again.

A little gem that ticks all the boxes with regards to its location. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and the local bus station is literally 5 mins from the hotel. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants all just a few steps away and the sea front is also a short walk. Check in was quick and efficient and we were accompanied to our room and provided with all the relevant information regarding breakfast times and bar availability etc. The welcome went above and beyond which was lovely. We were allocated room 8 on the first floor which is light and air and has a small terrace. As others have said the rooms are a little dated, especially the bathroom. There were several chipped tiles, the bath had lost its coating and was orange in colour and the plug hole was rusted. However, everything was exceptionally clean with good quality towels and toiletries provided. The large bed was exceptionally comfortable and although only one pillow is provided for each guest we managed without issues. Breakfast was very well presented with lots of options available, the home made cakes were particularly good. Staff are constantly replenishing items and tables are promptly cleaned and cleared ready for the next diners. The pool area is a real sun trap with both loungers and chairs for guest use. There are also dining tables on the terrace should you wish to eat outside. A big thank you to all the staff for a great stay. We would not hesitate to return in the future as it is only a 40 minute flight from home and highly recommend this traditional Canarian style hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo piccolo hotel,in una posizione alquanto perfetta per il nostro plan vacanza con visita di tutta l'isola. Abbiamo viaggiato da tenerife con auto propria per visitare l'isola di Fuerteventura e di per sé l'hotel sta in una posizione perfetta per uscire a piedi e avere tutto sotto mano (market,ristoranti e spiaggia) e ottima posizione pure per i parcheggi (non ha parcheggi privati ma sta in una via abbastanza comoda dove si può parcheggiare facilmente). Il personale è davvero gentile e attento,ci hanno guidato nelle nostre escursioni e consigliato nella maniera più semplice come arrivare senza problemi,ci hanno fornito una cartina (vecchia scuola) e segnato i punti Top dell'isola. Di tutto lo staff ringraziamo Sonia,Roberta e Vincenzo che sono i ragazzi con cui abbiamo coinciso nella struttura. Le camere sono il top,con balconcino dove puoi rilassarti con un bicchiere e prendere un po di fresco dopo ore di camminate sotto il sole.. ventilatore,mini frigo (capiente x lattine di bibite e bottiglie piccole) asciugacapelli,TV e cassaforte con chiave,sono incluse nella camera,oltretutto di una pulizia estrema,súper punto a favore! Consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Fuerteventura di soggiornare in questo piccolo hotel,comodo,accogliente e economico in tutti i suoi aspetti (contando che ha pure una piccola piscina) Vi aspettiamo a Tenerife Stefania & Matteo
