Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Staff all great especially entertainment and bar staff. Hotel management another story. Bad rain (not the hotels fault I know) but got back to room to find rain water gushing in through the ceiling into the wardrobe all my clothes wet through. They moved our room but pointed us in the direction of the laundrette to dry my clothes, not ideal.

This well established hotel was spot on. Any negativity about this hotel should be taken with a pinch of salt. Cleanliness = 10 Friendliness = 10 Hospitality = 10 Catering was good, always something for everyone, so you never went hungry. Very pleased with the overall stay at the Eraza Mar.

Since this is our 3rd time coming to this hotel, the hotel has always delivered what it says. The hotel itself is always kept spotless and the rooms are always cleaned and kept tidy with clean towels and bedding etc. The staff are all so helpful and always have a smile and make you feel at home and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a must, with bali-beds and steam room etc.

Entertainment was out of this world, the staff made sure you weren’t bored and were helpful as ever. Maids were spot on, checking your room and sprucing it up every day. The entertainment coordinator Said went above and beyond to ensure guests were encouraged to join in on the various activities he had planned throughout the week regardless of age or gender he made sure everyone had an experience to remember. Could do with some late night entertainment like Flamenco shows or some other local culture.
