Stayed for one night on a solo trip from corralejo, everything was spotless,great location the place was lovely will definitely be back again.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Overall pretty disappointed with this place. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food but it’s definitely not 4 star. The cleaning was poor - our room wasn’t cleaned very well at any time, or our bedding changed. The pool area was also quite dirty - I did see it being cleaned but this wasn’t very thorough. Bizarrely the rooms aren’t cleaned everyday and this is not ideal when you’re self catering and have no cleaning equipment. Towels were all really musty and no option to borrow/hire pool towels as I’d expect at a 4 star. The safe is €3 per day which I also didn’t expect at a 4 star. Pools were not heated as stated. As many reviews mention this hotel is a little run down and tired looking, but this did not have an impact on our holiday. Checking in was quick and the room was spacious and clean if a little dated, it was also very hot due to no air conditioning . The pool was OK and cleaned daily, we did not have an issue with the opening times. We did feel maybe a few more umbrellas would have been good for those who prefer the shade. We were all inclusive and the pool snacks were good although we feel maybe the alcohol was heavily watered down as the measures were huge yet had no effect although the lack of a hangover was appreciated! The food was repetitive and not much choice, we never went hungry but after 2 weeks we just wanted something different. We did know before we went there was not much around the hotel it is in the middle if nowhere a walk to the next town took 40 mins. The entertainment was mediocre, during the day Giovanni made it he was very Friendly and checked on everyone every morning. We did have a good break but feel maybe 2 weeks was too long due to food and location. If you are looking for a short quiet break we would recommend.
