Hello, in one word: not recommended!
between the photos (on the hotel website) and reality, there is a world of difference.
1) At the reception, they spoke to us in English or Italian when we arrived, but the couple behind us were allowed to speak French. We even used our Italian for the first sentences. One of them was mean. He gave you the receipt in a way that looked down on you and made you feel like we were low class and plague victims.
2) they didn't have any information about our breakfasts even though they were included in the reservation and in the confirmation email, and even if it was sorted out on day 1 and 2, they asked me to check with the reception and after getting angry, I finally had peace about that for the other mornings.
We had room 266.
Room on the street instead of a view of the mountain, we report the information, they answer it's either the pool or the street.
Burnt socket for some behind the TV and not adapted to European sockets.
3) poor air conditioning, it was heavy in the room
4) presence of bedbugs
5) dirty pool the first 3 days.
6) a TV that does not allow you to use streaming channels
A four star that is only worth 1 for its only restaurant that is worth living

Niente da dire sul personale, gentile e cortese.
Stendiamo un velo pietoso sul resto, muffa ovunque, muri bucati dall'umidità, soffitto pericolante, mobili sfondati, richiesta camera 'non fumatori' e sapeva da ciminiera, aperta l'acqua della doccia ed usciva gialla per il primo minuto...
4 stelle dove? Lascio parlare le foto.

Mi chiedo come distribuiscano le stelle, 4 a questa struttura sono una esagerazione. Richiesta di stanza senza moquette, soddisfatta. Pulizia della stanza ottima. Ci hanno cambiato 4 camere per trovarne una "decente". Aria condizionata, frigobar e aspirazione nel bagno NON funzionanti, in tutte le stanza provate. In due camere il soffitto era bagnato per perdite di acqua. La porta del bagno nella prima stanza non rimaneva chiusa. Cornici delle porte diverse e mezzo staccate. Pavimenti in simil/legno logori. Niente box doccia, ma solo vasca con telefono allungabile. Finestre in alluminio anodizzato con unica tenda oscurante. Ascensori stile anni 70 nei condomini delle case popolari
Personale disponibile, probabilmente incolpevole, ma dovevano farci credere di non essere a conoscenza dei problemi, mentre è palese che si protraggono da tempo
La parte esterna dell'edificio è ammalorata
Ultima nota, la colazione, discreta la parte dolce, non all'altezza di un 4 stelle quella salata

Questo hotel( in teoria 4 stelle),ma in pratica 3....non è male per chi vuole solo dormire ad un prezzo economico. Non vi aspettate ,materassi e topper comodi, come nelle puntate di 4 Hotel di Bruno Barbieri, ma più o meno decenti e andanti per dormire 1 o 2 notti al massimo. Da rinnovare il look dell'hotel, sia nell'esterno ,ma soprattutto all'interno...Le camere sono anni '90-2000. Punto di forza la piscina.......ma da curare l'esterno, (per il proprietario : togliete gli ombrelli rotti!!) . Per il resto la colazione è decente ,e il personale mi sembra abbastanza attento.
