Great value for money! Although I was sick the entire time and thus mostly lay in bed or bobbed around the wood-fired hot tub. The kids enjoyed exploring, jumping on the trampoline and playing on the jungle gym. Owners were friendly, the wood was cheap and plentiful.

If you are looking for tranquility this is the place, lovely for a couple's romantic getaway. We stayed in the Alpaca it is really equipped with everything you need, from fans to heated blankets, to hairdryers, flat irons, in the kitchen also everything you need from coffee, milk, sugar, rusks. A skottel braai, a hotplate I think almost anything you would need. In the bathroom there was bubble bath, bath salts and bath bombs and we were told to use up everything, the bokkies passing by while taking a bath was priceless. Sitting on the deck you hear nothing but the water flowing in the pond. The hot tub heats up very quickly and star gazing from it was pure bliss. There was wood and firelighters for us to use at the braai area. The road to Tesslaarsdal is a nice 25km gravel road and I was suprized to see how many cars drive the road. The turn off to Otium oasis that road is abit bumpy and if your vehicle is loaded it can be a concern. The owners very helpfull and friendly. I really enjoyed my romantic getaway, I will be back Otium Oasis.

We recomment them highly. The owners are friendly, helpfull, open and caring. They meet you at the gate, explain everything. Thoughout your stay they engage to make sure everyone is still compatible. We will visit them again.

This is a place to totally relax in the trees and enjoy this quiet and peaceful place. Accommodation was excellent and the private hot tub extra special. The roaming small herd of springbok made you feel you were sharing the space the wildlife. Outstanding hosts!

We stayed in the Kanati' Tipi Tent where our experience was beyond our expectations - comfortable sleeping options, the wood-fired hot tub, the indoor firepit, the option to sleep under the stars and all the traditional details that made us enjoy every minute. The bathrooms were also clean and welcoming. Alet and Gert were amazing hosts in assisting and welcoming us. We look forward to our next stay!

Lovely tipis under pine trees! Felt nice and remote. The bathrooms were excellent and clean. We will definitely be back, loved the hot tubs!
