The resort was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC blows cold! The pool was very nice and we enjoyed spending a day down on the river access area. The lobby and outside seating areas were all very cute and comfortable. We will be back!

The place was sensational! Great pool, perfect bar, all adults (and they were cool), river was right in our front yard, with spectacular food truck on site for our lunch. Margret (The GM) and her team were polite, discrete, on the ball with any requests/needs we had (we requested a fan for extra cooling and white noise during sleep). We WILL be back. I am wracking my brain for a reason to rent multiple homes there for a wedding, retirement party, anything to bring/show my friends what a great spot Margaret runs that is so close to Austin and San Antonio. Have fun! Leave the kids at home! You’ll love it.

Wow! My entire group (4 couples) had the most amazing time at the Melrose River Club! From the very start we were greeted with smiling faces. The staff are super accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool bar. The drinks were really great. The rooms and the decor are perfect and the space is clean! The access to the river is close and easy to get to. We cannot wait to come back!

Super cute place. Clean rooms, fun activities, by the river and awesome bar. Bottomless mimosas and tacos? Can't beat that. Owners and staff were very welcoming and kind. Wonderful staycation and will be back again soon for sure.

Great place to stay the staff were great and the location was as well, the only thing was if we wanted to access the river to fish or swim like advertised we couldn’t because it was very overgrown during our stay. Other than that it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

This gem of a place is very cute, well thought out, and very chill. We enjoyed our weekend and will definitely consider this place in the future when booking weekend getaways. We loved the pool, bar, and walks by the river. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway, definitely coming back! The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and the outdoor shower was a cool experience! The staff and owners were very kind and responsive as well.

Only 5 miles out of town but feels like you are on an island. Very private, quiet and amenities are excellent. Very clean and cozy.

We loved our stay at Melrose River Club! Room was beautiful, bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing, and pool was so relaxing and fun. We loved it and will definitely be back!
