Last Minute booking
Spotless. The bed quality was amazing, the split AC unit was so great. The water Pressure was amazing. Parking right outside the unit. I noticed that the unit had an outdoor shower, which would be great if you use the pool, or access to the river. I know this is a new facility so check it out.

Fun getaway
We enjoyed our stay at the Melrose. Such a fun and unique property. We enjoyed the bar area by the pool. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The tiny home was cute, clean, and practical. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so thick they hurt my neck. We found that the living room gets very cold but not the bedroom. Overall great stay!

Amazing property !
This is our second stay at Melrose river club in the same year we LOVE IT
They do a Text system to ask for things and they are ON IT!
Such a great property and staff !
Only small complaint is the bed is a bit hard for my taste some deep cushiony mattress pads would solve that !
We love it here and will continue to stay if we are in San Marcus :)

Melrose River Club is a very nice new property
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It felt private, new, clean and comfortable. We were moving our daughter out of her apartment in San Marcos and it was very convenient. Would definitely recommend

Our stay at Melrose River Club was like stepping into a hidden slice of Texas paradise. Melodie and Max, the incredible hosts/owners, made the experience feel personal and unforgettable—they truly have a gift for making guests feel cared for in the most effortless way. The property is a perfect balance of nature and luxury. Waking up to the peaceful river just steps away felt like a dream, but the high-end touches throughout the space reminded us we were somewhere truly special. It’s rare to find a place where you can feel so connected to the outdoors while enjoying every modern comfort. it’s a place we’ll keep coming back to, check the pictures to understand why!
