Es un hotel muy bien situado que ofrece muchos servicios. Tiene mini campo de golf, petanca, cancha de futbol y basquet, pádel, ping pong, jardines con fuentes y caminos para pasear, animales sueltos que alegran la vista y tres piscinas (2 termales y una muy fría). Todo esto entra en el precio de la habitación. Además entra el desayuno. Con todo esto sino quieres moverte puedes pasar unos días de relax. Pero por otra parte también está bien situado para hacer rutas por la montaña. Desde allí mismo empieza una ruta hacia los lagos de Gemena de Baix y de Dalt. Y cerca también se puede ir al planell de Aigüestortes, aparte de los pueblos cercanos como Boí, Taüll, Barruera,... Y el hotel esconde un santuario precioso en el que está la mare de deu de Sant Boi. La habitación es de buen tamaño, con una cama cómoda. Armario también con espacio suficiente. Con bañera (nosotros preferimos ducha), pero una pega es que no había escobilla de váter, lo comentamos como posible mejora.

Maravilloso hotel, fantástico sitio para relajarte viendo y paseando sus paisajes y lugares, el hotel u diez, Director súper atento siempre en contacto con los clientes, propietario muy humilde y siempre atento con los clientes y resto de personal, comedor, (Carlos y Amelia, encantadores, Bar (Antonio eres un crack) en definitiva todo su personal. No cambiéis vuestra política de atención al cliente un 10. Volveré sin dudas, lo he pasado genial, Gracias JOSE COZAR - LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA

El servicio atento, habitaciones muy normales y la comida desastrosa y de mala calidad hasta tal punto que todo y tener cena pagada nos hemos ido fuera a cenar. El entorno muy bonito pero el resto es todo mejorable.

Hotel e montaña, sencillo pero acogedor. Buffet justito, café muy malo. Limpieza correcta. Le falta aire acondicionado o unos ventiladores. La fuente del patio ruidosa para dormir. Entorno espectacular. Sala de juegos cerrado por falta de mantenimiento

Mi experiencia y opinión es la siguiente: La comida es de muy mala calidad. El desayuno esta basado en comida prefabricada. El café es malíssimo. No volvería a contratar desayuno ni cena. Un hotel debería ofrecer un mejor servicio de restauración. Habitación y servicio correcto. La ubicación es excelente.
