Hotel com uma boa estrutura mas que atualmente está carecendo de melhores cuidados, em todos seus ambientes. Começando pelo quarto (ficamos no B212), móveis gastos, ar condicionado muito barulhento e paredes bem manchadas pela umidade. O chuveiro joga água por todo o box, molhando o chão do banheiro ao abri-lo. O vaso sanitário fica entre a pia e o box, você literalmente precisa se encaixar ali, muito apertado. O restaurante tem poucas opções no buffet, com demora na reposição dos itens. Duas piscinas estavam completamente vazias sem nenhuma placa informando a razão, aa outras estavam todas operacionais mas com muita sujidade, não vi limpeza ao longo do dia para retirar as folhas e flores que caem. A maior cascata de água gelada também fica inoperante algumas horas do dia, reduzindo as atrações para crianças. O restaurante infantil próximo à área kids não foi usado, a recreação infantil não encanta e atrai as crianças. Fui à recepção pedir uma chave adicional para acessar o quarto e eles informaram que só davam 01 por quarto por conta da alta demanda... paredes externas dos prédios com pintura vem velha, vários pontos de mofo / umidade e uma ENORME casa de maribondos no último andar. O hotel já deve ter vivido dias melhores, atualmente precisa de um cuidado maior para voltar a atrair e agradar seu público.

The hotel is small but shares the pool and restaurant with another larger hotel with many guests. Rooms in the vc terrace listen to a lot of noise from guests coming in and out. Old and noisy air conditioning. Medium shower. The swimming pools are pleasant and with good maintenance. Unfortunately, the superlotation of the restaurant is the worst point, for breakfast, after disputeing your vc table still have to get to serve, it is hard to get to pass through the salon. Reasonable variety of items.
