Estive no 31º festival da cultura japonesa em março de 2025. Recepção, comida e oficinas culturais seguindo a hospitalidade japonesa. Instalação simples, porém o cuidado quanto à higiene é primoroso. As piscinas são drenadas e higienizadas diariamente.

O hotel é bastante acolhedor, tem uma estrutura mto boa, com piscinas thermais, bar molhado, quadra de tênis e pensão completa. Funcionários super atenciosos e cordiais! Mto próximo ao centro, uma caminhada de 5 minutos e vc chega no novo shopping Cingapura. Recomendo muito caso queria tranquilidade e estrutura num ótimo custo benefício.

A limpeza de todos os ambientes do hotel é excelente (banheiros limpos e cheirosos, as piscinas são limpas diariamente, os quartos são limpos e organizados, as refeições são cheias de variedade (cada uma mais gostosa que a outra), todos os funcionários nos atendem com gentileza, acolhimento e educação, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, as camas são grandes e confortáveis, o hotel tem boa acessibilidade e boa sinalização nas áreas comuns. Pontos adicionais: costuma ter música ao vivo no bar aquático de noite, tem espaço de SPA, tem karaoke, mesas de jogos e quadra de tênis, piscina infantil com parquinho, sauna e ofurô. Alguns pontos de melhoria: o box do banheiro é um pouco pequeno. Não tem lugar para pendurar as coisas molhadas (toalha e roupa de banho), isto faz muita falta considerando que é um ambiente que usamos muito piscina.

O Taiyo conta com o que há de melhor na rede de hotelaria, com alimentação excelente, cuidado com os clientes, higienização perfeita de todo o ambiente, sobretudo as piscinas, além de contarem com uma infraestrutura excepcional. É excelente para passar com a família, contando com ambientes infantis e piscinas para crianças. É excelente para casais também, com o sossego e tranquilidade. Também conta com ambientes para eventos (um salão incrível) e reuniões (sala de reuniões). Tem ainda quadras de tênis, vôlei, gateball e vários outros esportes. Os alimentos são cultivados pelo próprio Hotel, o que é incrível e traz segurança e conforto ao cliente, que pode visitar o local
