Excelente experiência, pessoal muito receptivo, educado e solicito. Recepcionista Daniel é um amor de pessoa e pessoal que cuida do café da manhã são super divertidos. Experiência muito bacana, voltarei a me hospedar lá, porém minha única reclamação fica n qualidade dos colchões, poderiam ser melhores.

Quarto limpo, travesseiros macios, café da manhã bem farto. As piscinas limpas e o ambiente ao redor da piscina também super agradável. Funcionários cordiais, recepção confortável. O hotel está numa excelente localização, perto de tudo que precisávamos.

Morada das Águas, um lugar agradável.
As acomodações do Morada das Águas, em geral são muito boas, a limpeza no apartamento feito todos os dias, deixam tudo muito agradável ao chegar dos passeios. A alimentação e excelente, nem precisa nem sair para comer fora. Gostamos muito de nos hospedar neste hotel.

Decepcionado
A minha hospegagem no dito hotel foi lastimavel !!!! O hotel nao respeita o horario.de descanso !!! Permitindo piscina a noite toda !!! No restaurante todos os dias tem show ao vivo ate as 23:30!! Nos corredodores muito barulho de hospedes transitando com carrinho de transporte de malas de madrugada !!!!!

Não recomendo. Limpeza horrível
Hotel com péssima limpeza.
Quarto com problema no registro de água do banheiro. Ao solicitar a manutenção, fomos informados que “teria que abrir a parede para arrumar, infelizmente não tem o que fazer”, e colocaram toalhas para secar o vazamento.
Depois, tentamos alterar o registro e conseguimos ajustar - sem precisa abrir parede. Visível má vontade.
Baratas no quarto. Matamos e deixamos no chão. A limpeza NÃO RETIROU A BARATA MORTA.
Manutenção das piscinas, às 16hrs da tarde e as 10hrs da manhã??? Solicitam para as pessoas saírem da piscina para esvaziar - em horários de pico.
Não recomendo este hotel.
Já fiquei em outros melhores, bem próximos e com preço inclusive inferior.
