Quite disappointed by two services in particular, namely cleaning and access to the Spa.
Regarding the cleaning, there were traces of dirt in the bathroom.
Regarding the Spa, access is totally paid, you just have access to a swimming pool…

I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind and relax, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel itself was beautiful and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was just right during my stay. The breakfast is also great with plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Hotel Termes Victoria is located in the center of old town Caldes de Montbui, a short 30-40 mins drive from Barcelona.
Rooms are clean and cozy, yet they are equipped with old amenities. Like an antique hair dryer that looked like a phone booth.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the spa “Espai Cel” at the basement. With several packages available for everyone - whether you are staying as a guest or not -
We chose the 2 hours package, 44€ per person on weekend, granting access to all 7 pools, 5 warm water, 1 hot water and 1 cold water pool.
Pro tip: bring your own flip flops 🩴 otherwise you will have to purchase them at the hotel.

Magnífica experiencia en el Balneario, uno de los grandes clásicos catalanes. Buena habitación, cama y almohada muy cómoda, habitación limpia y silenciosa.
La experiencia terminal excelente: circuito de siete piscinas y ambiente muy relajado y tranquilo.

Todo correcto... el personal muy amable.. muy buena localizacion.. colchon extremadamente duro, incomodo para dormir.
La calefaccion no funcionaba y hacia frio.

Very very very very bad food on Christmas night I can’t describe how bad it was. I don’t recommend to eat there the food was terrible!! Very very very very very very bad food and the service is not great as well also the restaurant and hotel rooms are not great for the money they ask!
