Quite disappointed by two services in particular, namely cleaning and access to the Spa.
Regarding the cleaning, there were traces of dirt in the bathroom.
Regarding the Spa, access is totally paid, you just have access to a swimming pool…
In short, value for money, there is clearly abuse.

I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind and relax, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel itself was beautiful and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was just right during my stay. The breakfast is also great with plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Hotel Termes Victoria is located in the center of old town Caldes de Montbui, a short 30-40 mins drive from Barcelona.
Rooms are clean and cozy, yet they are equipped with old amenities. Like an antique hair dryer that looked like a phone booth.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the spa “Espai Cel” at the basement. With several packages available for everyone - whether you are staying as a guest or not -
We chose the 2 hours package, 44€ per person on weekend, granting access to all 7 pools, 5 warm water, 1 hot water and 1 cold water pool.
Pro tip: bring your own flip flops 🩴 otherwise you will have to purchase them at the hotel.

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado,tuvimos que cambiar hasta 3 veces de habitación y creo que no fuimos los unicos.El personal fue regular,podrían mejorar.

Semana de tratamiento y desconexión genial. Todo el personal muy amable y atento, que hacen que aunque vayas sólo te sientes acompañado. Especial mención para Jose Mª,metre del restaurante, que me ha cuidado como a una hija, y en el balneario a Silvia que tiene una manos mágicas que transmiten una tranquilidad absoluta, y a Susi, que con su experiencia hace que los chorros de agua sean hasta relajantes.

Habitación y piscina climatizada muy bien, aunque faltaba algo de sombra y había muchas avispas alrededor del agua. Ahora viene lo negativo que nos desagradó y nos quitó el encanto que todo tenía hasta el momento.... - El desayuno tipo "buffet" era escaso, lamentable y de mala calidad, no reponían y dejaban la bandeja con las sobras de los alimentos , poca variedad y poquísima cantidad. -Queríamos preguntar y saber cómo era el menú de la comida y los camareros NO nos dieron opción ni a hacer intento para reservar, ya que nos dijeron que se les había acabado la comida y ya NO se podía… y seguidamente estábamos intentando mirar , en unos folletos que contenían menú de san Juan por precio de 23€ los platos que habían y el camarero nos lo quitó de malas formas y se lo llevaron. A los camareros se les veía bordes y enfadados. Nos trataron de malas formas.
