Das traditionale modern ausgestattene Hotel liegt in der Altstatt von Kaltern.Wir waren schon 2.Mal in diesem Hotel. Der freundliche und gute Service, das reichhaltige Frühstück und die ruhigen Zimmer haben uns veranlasst das Hotel wieder zu wählen.

Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Zuerst wurde uns der Rotwein mit ca. 21 Grad gebracht. Dann sagte ich, der Wein sei zu warm und müsste zwischen 16 und 18 Grad haben. Dann wurde uns eine Flasche gebracht, welche dann ca. 10 Grad Temperatur hatte. Und die Flasche hat notabene 40 Euro gekostet. Der Service und das Essen waren au h ungenügend.

Leider muss ich mitteilen, dass ein verursachter Schaden welcher durch das Hauspersonal auf dem abgesperrten Hofparkplatz entstanden ist und von der Cheffin des Hauses bestätigt wurde, dass der Schaden behoben wird, welcher im Juli 2024 verursacht wurde bis heute am 04.02 2025 nicht bezahlt und abgewickelt wurde. Nicht einmal nach mehrmaligen Anfragen keinerlei Reaktion. Wir waren schon öfters dort, aber dieses nicht reagieren ist einfach Niveoulos.

Auch nach längerem Nachdenken fällt mir nichts ein, was ich mir für meinen Aufenthalt in Kaltern mehr gewünscht hätte. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hochwertig (z.B. frisches Rührei, Mangosaft, verschiedene Brötchen und Brotsorten, Cappuccino etc.) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Und der Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Außenpool und Massageangebot) sowieso top. Absolute Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

Und das Personal zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und jederzeit sehr freundlich. Eine echte Empfehlung!

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Service und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück ist wirklich prima und auf Wunsch werden Omeletts und/oder Spiegeleier mit Speck frisch zubereitet. Die hervorragende Lage mitten im Ortskern von Kaltern ist ideal.

Alles Top ! Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Super Frühstück ! War mit meinem Sohn 3 Tage auf Weinreise. Zum Goldenen Stern war der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool, super Parkmöglichkeit inklusive. Gern wieder, sehr zum empfehlen.
