La ubicacion e instalaciones estan bien, el hotel es bastante simpatico, pero hasta ahi. El personal, sobretodo la señora de la recepción, muy mal educada, de mala gana. Reservé 2 habitaciones, una doble y una cuadruple, pues viajaba con mus 4 hijos. AL llegar la señora no tenia a mano nuestra reserva y me dijo además que no tenia disponible la cuadruple, tuvo que llamar al dueño o su jefe, quien le dijo que me diera dos dobles y que nos dijera que no existian las cuadruples. (se escuchaba desde el celular). Le explique que habia reservado la cuadruple y me dijo que esas habitaciones no existian (obviamente pagué mas por la cuadruple que por la doble), pese a que ns dieron dos habitaciones iguales. Solicitamos toallas adicionales y papel higenico, pero todo de muy mala gana, personal muy poco amable y no capacitado. Al llegar al desayuno a las 8:30, no habia nada, todo vacio. Tuvimos que solicitarlo, al decirle que eramos 6 fue como que se le cayera el mundo. /pague tarifa con desayino incluido/. El lugar tiene un potencial importante, pero el servicio y atencion realmente malos.

Fui con mi pareja el 31/05 para celebrar un aniversario, esperando encontrar una experiencia inolvidable, el lugar es bonito, pero no esta bien cuidado, la habitacion super fria, no contaba con mesas o sillas para dejar el equipaje y teniamos unicamente 2 almohadas. El personal no esta calificado para un hotel, no tienen trato, no son cordiales ni se preocupan por el huesped, no nos prestaron una manta para el frio y nos quisieron cobrar 10 dolares adicionales por un calefactor. La television no funcionaba y ya ni ganas de reportar o decir algo a las dos chicas porque definitivamente no nos iban a dar una respuesta favorable. Solicite algun detalle por aniversario pero tampoco supieron responder. una experiencia decepcionante, en definitiva no vale lo que cobran.

Mágico lugar Lodge muy bonito bien decorado rústico respeta el medio ambiente sin impactar con la natura. Tiene un spa con muy buena vista. Zona de yoga y rico desayuno. Me encantaría regresar lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones del segundo piso tienen mejor vista al bosque.

Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que la cama estaba con insectos, así como la habitación, en la parte alta de la habitación habia arañas eninsectos colgados, en la parte baja de la cama estaba llena de polvo y en la cabecera de la cama habia tela de araña y polvo, en el servicio higiénico el lavatorio estaba sucio manchado con insectos muertos pegados, al parecer no realizan una limpieza profunda y las almohadas y frazadas olían a humedad, y para rematar la muchacha que nos recepciono no era nada amable.

Me encanta este hotel, es muy lindo el diseño, sus ambientes nos encanta, es la segunda vez que vamos en familia, lo recomiendo! la atención es buena y las vistas son hermosas. Sin duda volveremos! Tienen unas mascotitas muy lindas y amigables.

Um lugar excelente para quem quer ficar isolado, num lugar lindo, absolutamente silencioso!!!! Para ir p o povoado é muito simples de táxi vc chega em 2 minutos! Tanto Milagros quanto Bete são amáveis e atenciosas!!! O céu é indescritível!!!! Super recomendo!!!
