Not what I expected
I stayed here in a period of heavy rain in a room on the 6th floor. Water started coming in through the roof. As you can see from the photo there was a hole. There was one at the other side too. This was around 2245. I reported it to reception who said that maintenance had gone home. 20 minutes later the receptionist arrived with towels to put down. I heard her go to other rooms too with a similar problem. There was also chewing gum left loose on the floor, mould around the bath and shower screen and the bathroom smelt mouldy. My reservation didn't include breakfast but at checkin I was not offered it either.

Buena experiencia en general y satisfechos con los servicios. Lo único que no nos gustó en las habitaciones eran las almohadas que eran de poliester, muy blandas y bajas, y tampoco había otras en los armarios. Tampoco nos gustó en el bar, cuando pedimos en el desayuno croasanes a la plancha, cuando en vez de mantequilla nos sirvieron margarina.

Muy bien el desayuno, la habitación, el personal. Aunque me pareció muy raro que el primer día te cobren pero no te den la factura hasta el último día. Muy cerca de la estación de Renfe, cerca del centro de Calatayud, hay un Mercadona al lado (que resulta muy útil). El menú en el restaurante está bien si comes un día o como mucho, dos días, porque todos los días de la semana es el mismo menú.
