We celebrated our 48 th Anniversary to a lovely bottle of sparkling. Our Romantic Room with a sunken tube and spacious shower. Our room 122 was directly off the large pool. Breakfast is Eggs Royale and a generous selection of Italian Breakfast items.Dinner was Michelin Quality with beautiful presentation and a diversified wine list. Private parking is provided. Beautifully Landscaped Gardens. 25 minute drive to Taormina and 1 hour drive to Catania. Randazzo is a thrilling drive thru vineyards and views of lava fields and Mt. Etna. The entire property speaks to an “Old World Elegance “ As a hotel owner I can say Well Done!

We had the most wonderful time at Castello San Marco! It is a real jewel offering great comfort, relax and most of all authenticity and a beautiful surrounding park available to all guests. Important to add the warm hospitality we experienced from everyone we have interacted, showing professionalism and a genuine interest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special mentioning the beautiful lounges and communal areas, the swimming pool, the ease of access to the beach, the super delicious breakfast, the amazing restaurant ... and absolutely everyone, Flavia, Marco, Carlo, everyone at Castello! Un'occasione di lavoro mi ha trascinata fin qui...! Un posto quasi fuori tempo, bello e romantico lontano dai rumori e dal caos cittadino, fin troppo direi in particolare modo in un periodo come febbraio dove non è possibile usufruire della spiaggia, della piscina ma neanche della SPA, chiusa in questi giorni. Bello girare tra i giardini e tra i vialetti che costeggiano le camere. Quest'ultime sono finemente arredate ma nonostante siano riscaldate da alcuni split (particolarmente rumorosi) risultano fredde, in particolare modo il bagno sempre gelido ed impraticabile per tale motivo. Una nota positiva è sicuramente la ristorazione, semplice con un assaggio alla tradizione siciliana ma veramente buona. Concludo con un'altra nota positiva per il personale, preciso e sempre attento alle tue esigenze.

Relaxing week in Sicily
Lovely quiet setting. Very close to the beach. Great restaurant. Beautiful gardens. Very helpful and charming staff although, by the pool, sometimes hard to find staff or towels.
A pack of hotel information in the room would have been useful - restaurant times/bar times/telephone number for reception & room service/local facilities etc.
