Brilliant family holiday at this hotel. First impressions really good with a nice reception. Check in was fast and the room we had was nice and clean with plenty of space (one bed apartment - extra beds in the lounge are fine for the little ones). There is loads to do at this hotel for the little ones. The pools are fantastic as well as the sandy park for the youngest who would stay in there all day! Food is nice when you find the things that you like on the different themed nights. Plenty of choice. We would return to this hotel in future :)

We have just spent a week here. The hotel is very large with guests constantly coming and going. The hotel has really good pools, there is a good amount of sunbeds, however the dreaded sunbed reservations happens if you don’t get to the pool by 8am there’s little chance of getting a sunbed. We had 2 rooms a family room and a twin room, the family room was lovely very big and a lovely view downside we had was the entertainment was outside our bedroom window there was no early night for us! The twin room had lots of maintenance issues and was a lot of smaller. Entertainment staff were nice and some outshone others We didn’t think much of the entertainment and found ourselves leaving the hotel and going to the local town The food was nice always had some food that was the same like chips pasta rice and pizza and then other foods that changed. Food was available all day long we were never hungry They had an arcade however most of the time the machines and pool tables were not working and the staff said they couldn’t put an out of order sign on the machines which were not working. We personally wouldn’t return but was ok for a one time visit

Well, to start with our holiday was booked as a package through TUI, our flight was cancelled baring in mind we travelled with a 1&5 year old. We then flew the following day, lost a whole day out of the 7 nights we were staying, got to the hotel to find they put us down as a “no show”. No communication through TUI, we got given our hotel room, in which we were welcomed with an OCCUPIED room, our hotel room had been given to someone else. We were then given another hotel room, which when we got to the room the hotel room key did not work, bare in mind we had been travelling over night, so for 24-48 hours had little sleep with two very young children. The hotel reception staff simply said “sorry”. We asked for late room checkout and was told no, as the hotel was fully booked, my partner was speaking to the manager Aida who did say she did all she could do. The hotel itself was good for the children, however after the first couple of days, it really left me to have a bad experience as I was just filled with anxiety.

Great hotel great for kids would definitely come again, big aplouse to the entertainment nico, valentino and the girls went the extra mile to entertain big 5 stars.

The pools and slides are great. The new slides offered something to keep my thrill seeking 9 year old happy. The entertainment was good and the animation team work incredibly hard. The resort is lovely and the hotel is an easy 10 min walk from the centre and 5 from the small beach. The shuttle bus to the beach is great and I would highly recommend a visit. The rooms were a bit rough around the edges and didn't feel 4* at all. Our room was spacious but the floor was in a poor state as was the kitchen and the doors. Bathroom was absolutely tiny but perfectly serviceable. The Aircon was very hit and miss in the Cabrera block and the maid service patchy. One evening they took all our dirty towels and left us with no clean as they had run out. All issues raised with reception and met with a nonplussed response. The hotel doesn't feel like it's set up to run at full capacity. Once the first week of the English school holidays started, there was a noticeable change. The dining room became chaotic at times, not enough sun beds or seats at the entertainment area. Food was just ok but again felt more 3* quality and choice. Self service for soft drinks, slush and beer plus wine in the dining room. Bar staff work flat out and never had an issue waiting long to get a drink there. Overall we had a good time but I think some investment is needed to upgrade the rooms and add another dining room to make this a true 4* hotel.

The best hotel we’ve taken our son to, entertainment is absolutely amazing & throughout the day. He has loved every minute of being here! The entertainers are outstanding! Suntai & valentine (as are all of them) are absolutely amazing, thoroughly entertaining! Hotel clean & lots to do!
