I was here with my niece last week and must say she really enjoyed her holiday. Downside was that there was one particular receptionist who was extremely rude, I think she may have been Eastern European (think her name began with a 'P'?)...made it very plain that she did not want to be there and wasn't pleasant to deal with at all. Seemed to like making snidey remarks to another member of staff on my reception whilst totally oblivious to the fact there was a fluent Spanish speaker in front of her! As for the rest of the staff, I spoke to the staff in Spanish for most of the time and they were really appreciative of it, cant fault them at all. They work very hard and I have no complaints at all about them....pity about the one described above.... Food was samey and repetitive and as someone who suffers from a lot of allergies it was impossible to eat healthy and I had quite a bad reaction to the food by the end of the week. Broke out in nasty hives by the Friday and I think it was definitely down to the food, not sure if it is prepared on site or brought in but it wasn't the best by all means. We were in the Tomir building and there was a lot of mould on the bathroom ceiling and apart from that the room was absolutely fine, cleaners came every day and we're extremely polite and friendly. Pool area was fine, plenty to do for kids etc, my niece was kept occupied for the week with no issues. There was always food and drink available and she liked the snack bar especially. Only thing was the number of wasps flying around, basically couldn't sunbathe for more than five minutes without being bombarded by them! The resort itself is quite limited and not a lot to do outside of the main square area so spent a lot of time in the hotel. Overall I would give it a 5/10, simply because of the above points.

I’ve stayed in many 3 star hotels before but this is the worse by far ! I’ve seen people call the hotel ‘clean’ if this is clean I’d hate to see the state of there houses ! Our floor hadn’t been swept or mopped all week and the mirrors were still dirty from previous guests, one day I put all the dirty towels in the bath to be changed and the cleaners just took them out and hung them back up, the bin wasn’t emptied some days and the bed sheets were changed once out of 7 nights ! The bath was never wiped out and the shower was stone cold plus it didn’t even work ! Rubbish all over the poolside and it was being blown into the pool, never seen any staff emptying bins or litter picking at all if anything I think they’re were a little understaffed and being run ragged ! I read some reviews on the food and thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt …. But it was truly shocking ! There was 4/5 dishes to select from and most nights these were things like Brussels sprouts and deep fried broccoli ? The pool snack bar was filthy food all over the floor causing the place to be covered in pigeons, staff never seemed in a hurry to clear tables sweep up or even wipe them ! Entertainment team were naff some days they don’t play music so it’s like you’re sat in a dr waiting room ! Also with it being so cheap the clientele it attracts have are the scum of society and have no respect for the hotel or the guests, that being said it provided me with the highlight of my holiday seeing two separate fights over the course of the week ! We ate out most nights the areas not bad with some decent bars and restaurants.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others after staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. It felt like we were a nuisance rather than paying guests. The rooms are incredibly basic — not even a plug for the bath or a remote for the TV unless you pay extra! It’s the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere that charges for these things. One of our rooms didn’t even have running water. We were told it was “fixed,” only to be told the next day we’d need to move rooms. Completely unacceptable. The food was bland and repetitive, nothing to look forward to at meal times. As for the bar staff — downright rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. And here’s the worst part: you’re not allowed to take anything out of the snack bar or restaurant. We saw staff actually chase down guests who took a piece of fruit! One member of staff followed someone all the way back to the snack bar over an apple. It was like being in a school canteen with strict hall monitors. The atmosphere was horrible, and the staff made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel — there are far better places to stay where you’ll actually be treated like a guest.

We booked this expecting to trade a bit of quality for a longer stay — but we were actually really pleasantly surprised! Things we were worried about before arriving: Crowded pool – Not an issue at all. The pool is huge with loads of space for everyone. If you want the best spots, head down early, but even at 11am there were still plenty of loungers and sunbeds available. No shade and uncomfortable loungers – Again, not a problem. There was plenty of shade around the pool area. We bought some parasols and attached them to our chairs with bobbles (which worked really well!). Some people brought inflatable cushions, but we managed fine without. Unfriendly staff – Totally wrong. Staff were busy but friendly and efficient. They don’t put up with dawdling at the bar — but to be fair, when there’s a queue of people waiting, they shouldn’t have to. The pool was the star of the show — massive, clean, and never felt overcrowded. The entertainment team were great, with plenty happening during the day and in the evenings. We loved chilling at the quieter terrace bar in the evenings for a few games of Uno. The rooms were a good size, really clean, and the air con worked well. We didn’t use the TV or fridge, but they were there. The grounds were also lovely and well kept. The nearby town was brilliant — a maze of shops, bars, and restaurants that we explored each evening. We booked our excursions from a shop in town — the Drach Caves, Marineland, and Aqualand were all fab days out. Only downside? The food in the main restaurant. It was okay but a bit repetitive and not a massive selection. If you're a picky eater, the snack bar's always got your back with some good old reliable beige food. Overall: A great value stay that exceeded our expectations. Perfect for families or anyone on a budget. We’re glad we did it once — but probably wouldn’t go back. Still, a really lovely holiday!

We are a family of 4 and we couldn't be more satisfied with the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day, our children played around the pools and participate in the activities and never got bored. My wife and I especially liked watching the sunset from the terrace of the bar upstairs. The staff were friendly although they were always busy. It's a place that I would definitely come back.

Arrived at the hotel and waited 40 minutes to be checked in at reception, it was very slow. Walls are paper thin, people up and down the corridors all night shouting and banging. The shows around the pool are amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. Everywhere is clean but a few times I noticed lack of soap in bathrooms or sanitiser stations, i came home really poorly and wondered if this could have been prevented with better hand washing stations. Even saw someone coming out of a toilet without washing their hands straight to the buffet choosing their dinner! (This is no fault of the hotel). Food was nice but wasnt much choice and my friend who is vegetarian could hardly eat anything, the food wasnt advertised very well if it was suitable for different alergians or veggies. We did enjoy our time away but wouldn't return.

When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for the check in but at least we could notice that the reception staff cared about us and gave us the atention and information that we needed. The rooms are nothing special but the cleaners came every day and they were kind as well. We loved the beach near the hotel as it's not too big (not too small either) and we could easily keep an eye on the children. We had a great time even though we weren't expecting it because of the bad reviews. I think we came in a good moment as we consider the staff is great.

Hotel is beautiful and very close to bars and shops. Beach is a 10 minute walk from hotel and is absolutely stunning. Food was average, not amazing but not horrible either, it was good enough to eat 3 meals a day for me. The dining staff in the hotel restaurant were all lovely and would smile and strike up conversations with guests however, there was one member of staff in the dining area I wasn’t fond of. There was an older gentleman with glasses and grey hair I think his name was Jose - he seemed very grumpy and spiteful and gave the impression that he hated being there. He always seemed to have a problem with something or someone and was miserable. The hotel is lively and fun up until dinner time which is between 7pm to 9pm but they close the pool much earlier than in any other hotels I have stayed in. Pool is closed before dinner even though it’s still bright outside and the sun is shining and then there’s nothing really to do in the hotel because after 7pm the hotel feels more like a retirement complex. It’s just complete silence. No music just the sound of chatter from other guests and crickets. Yes they have activities but they’re more for children and there’s nothing for those who are 18+. Hotel would benefit from organising evening discos for those who are older with some disco lights outdoors and speakers so adults can have a drink and dance to some good Latino music. Because of how boring the hotel is in the evenings, I would often go into the nearby village/town and find entertainment in the local bars where they have Michael Jackson impersonators putting on a show, live music shows and bass boosted music with good cocktails. There was so much to do outside of the hotel and so much to see. I had some amazing trips but wish I had something to come back to when getting back to the hotel. I wish the sun loungers were a little bit more comfortable. It was the hard plastic type with no padding/cushions and the backs were not adjustable which meant you can only lay in one position. It was painful to lay sideways or on your stomach on them as they were hard. It wasn’t a terrible 10 day stay but I wouldn’t return again and I don’t think it was worth the money I paid. It was a bit overpriced for what you get.
