Es un hotel muy agradable, con gran respeto por la naturaleza. El personal es muy amable y siempre esta dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inquietud. también llegan muchas aves que se pueden observar libremente. La habitación es sencilla pero muy completa. La piscina es muy agradable

El hotel se puede calificar como de naturaleza, rodeado de vegetación con un acceso un tanto irregular, pero bien como hotel rural, aunque por la noche se oye mucho el ruido de una autopista. Las habitaciones en general se veían bien, con una terraza, menos la que nos toco a mi pareja y a mi que estaba junto a la recepción en planta baja, por lo que no había opción de acceder a la misma por intimidad, lo que convirtió la estancia en una claustrofobia, habitación pequeña y baño, oscura y con mucho ruido toda la noche, además de que el baño daba directamente al restaurante por lo que había que tenerlo cerrado para atenuar el ruido de la gente hablando y de los cubiertos y utensilios además de los olores de la cocina

Great location, best rooms are in the older, original house. Menu is kinda limited and tailored for foreign tourists, at a pricy range. It´s a little far from the closest town, need car transport to move arround, but it´s great to spend the day at the pool, enjoy the landscape, snooze in the hammacks, read a book.

Muy hermosa experiencia. Lindos paisajes, gran servicio, avistamiento de aves, buena comida.... Muy cómodas habitaciones, rico jacuzzy, la piscina con una vista a un hermoso valle, atardeceres que quitan el aliento y meseros que atienden en varios idiomas, se encuentran muchos extranjeros y se pueden hacer muchos planes interesantes en la región en el poco tiempo pudimos disfrutar el jardín botánico del Quindío que esta muy cerca, aprender mucho y disfrutar el mariposario y en Armenia el museo de oro Quimbaya gran experiencia y una belleza arquitectónica de Salmona.

Vous pouvez trouver mieux
Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais je ressors avec un avis mitigé. Nous sommes tombé en même temps qu’un groupe hyper bruyant qui ne respectait pas les autres clients. Nous aurions apprécié au moins avoir une chambre éloigné et pas au milieu d’eux ! Pour le reste nous n’avons pas du tout réussi à les joindre avant notre arrivée pour savoir quel bus nous devions prendre. Sur Whatsapp personne ne répond, ni par téléphone d’ailleurs. Heureusement à la gare on nous a aidé. Pour le reste le personnel est serviable et l’environnement agréable. Mais la chambre était mal entretenue et vieille. Nous ne n’y sommes pas sentie confortable.
