It’s who’s 2 bhk private villa with private swimming pool but in real it was 2 small rooms with common pool for more then 500 people trust me even public toilet is way batter then that . Poor customer service even can’t helped me to cancel my booking after so much trouble . They are just by showing private pool and private villa .

I recently stayed at The Eternal Wave, Goa for three days. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, and the property itself is well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that require improvement.
The kitchen utensils provided in the apartment were quite old, making it difficult for guests to use them efficiently. Updating these would significantly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the air conditioners were not functioning optimally, as they did not provide adequate cooling. This is an important aspect that needs attention to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
Overall, while the property and location are commendable, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Room sizes are great for families. The swimming pool is large and suitable for kids. However, the property is a bit far from the beach, approximately a 30-minute walk.

it's not clean at all, construction is going on in surrounding area, they promised pool view room and given corner room with 3rd class view, all furniture is very old. kitchen is not clean, balcony was dirty, cigarette filters were thrown every where, overall very bad experience.
I got this deal in 4700 and just next to this there is Fern Residancy where I got room in 5000 and it was lavish.

Our stay at the apartment in eternal wave was disappointing. Despite promises of a fully equipped kitchen, essential items like a chapati roller, pressure cooker, and tava were missing, and utensil sizes were inadequate. We were forced to use tap water for cooking as ro water wasn't provided. These omissions seemed deliberate to push guests to order from their kitchen, but the food quality was subpar. Additionally, the tv was non-functional, the shower was choked, and cleaning services were delayed. The overall experience fell far short of expectations, making our stay inconvenient and frustrating. Improvements are urgently needed.

Poor quality of service, no proper response from the receptionist, no one is ther to pick up call in the front desk & waited for 15mints to answer from the deck, low level of hygiene and in total lack of service and hospitality.
