Lovely place to stay but would never ever book ground floor as the staff sit outside on the seats and talk and you can hear every word they say and there not quiet either, the grounds are very colourful and the rooms are a really good size, it’s also a nice secure place

Excellent location, very peaceful yet within walking distance to bars & restaurants & even the beach. The rooms are well maintained & cleaned thoroughly by the very helpful staff. Anthony, the owner, & his family are really helpful & go out of their way to make the best of your holiday. Would highly recommend & already making plans to return next year.

Amazing stay, peaceful and surrounded by serenity.. the host Anthony helped us with everything we needed during our stay, was safe and well maintained property. Cleanliness was on point. Will be recommending it to more family & friends. A must visit in Goa!
