I was there for a family vacation, first look its a big resort, the staff is extremely friendly, polite and treated us very well. The rooms are just wow, great interior and spacious. It give an authentic goa feel with villa concept surrounded with gardens. The food was very nice specially the breakfast was well spread. The swimming pool is big and very well laid out. And most important is we got direct excess to calangute beach from the property. Over all was are great stay. Value for money and highly recommended. Will surely visit again.

As per room itinerary. They are not providing dental kit, comb and shaving kit also. Breakfast is not at par, and not delicious.

The swimming pool was so dirty. They are charging for dental kit, property is well located but not managed well. Breakfast quality is poor, i have already stayed before in this property but the quality is very poor now. Need lots of improvement.
