It was an average stay. The staff didn't provide the best of service, but the manager was friendly.

Nice stay. But Inroom dining/food was not good enough.

I am at the property right now. Checked in today. Room 4005. Was given a room stating it is an upgrade to what I booked through MMT which was false information. The previous room no. 3003 had a pathetic view of a dumping place and the balcony itself had a sticker stating not to open it due to insects. 5 STAR MY ASS… After committing to moving us the frustration did not end. Sucheta at the front desk requested us to wait for half hour, we waited for one. No response, no call. We had to call four times and loose our cool to get things done. After shifting to the room we requested an extra key THRICE to someone named Jean Pierre and Jayant, we did not get it. I personally had to go to the reception to get it. And I found the most UN-HELPFUL and PATHETIC ATTITUDE receptionist SUCHETA. She said the key is with her GM. If the GM needs to intervene for every small decision then this property should be 1 STAR. Also, while checking in requested for a pool side view room and they said it isn’t available however when I asked around and checked the Marriott Bonvoy app of which unfortunately I’m a member off and fortunately did not use it yet, the pool side rooms are available. SUCH BLATANT LIE IS UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU WANT TOURISTS TO BE LOYAL. We booked for 2 days and now regret our decision. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THINKING IT IS 4/5 STAR. IT IS NOT. I paid INR 18,336 for 2 nights and in the first half of my first 24 hours, totally regret it.

Fantastic property and amazing staff .. Romit, Sucheta, Krishna were very nice with their hospitality . Highly recommended to everyone. Great ambience and fabulous service. See you soon ..
