Llegué 20 minutos antes de las 13hs y por reglamento, no te dejan entrar, le dije que venía de 5hs de viaje y con niños pequeños, queríamos ir al baño, y nada, hasta las 13hs no te dejan pasar, y para colmo, estás en el medio de la ruta! Te cierran el portón en la cara y te dejan afuera. Unos irrespetuosos y poco empaticos! Se lo hiceron a varios que pasaron por la misma situación

Buenos departamentos amplios y confortables. Los hay de planta baja y otros de planta alta por escalera. Buen equipamiento y vajilla bastante completa. Buena ropa de cama y toallas. Desayuno gratuito pero todo harinas y repetitivo. Cambio de sábanas y toallas día por medio al igual que la limpieza y que es superficial. El complejo tiene buenos natatorios y posibilidad de varias actividades. Faltan bancos y mesas en el parque para descansar o tomar algo. Almacén poco completo pero se reemplaza con un centro comercial cercano agradable y muy bien provisto. Falta un resto bar o cafetería dentro del complejo.

Mucho cuidado con las promociones!!! Contraté 2 noches para mi familia con una promoción vigente del 30% en 1 pago. De acuerdo al pdf que me llegó al mail con las condiciones de contratación, tenía 10 días para abonar en pesos. Al querer hacer el pago al otro día, me dijeron que habían cambiado la promoción al 15% y no me respetaron lo que ya había contratado. En el mail que me llegó dice muy clarito que durante 10 días se mantienen las condiciones de la oferta. Obviamente ya realicé la denuncia en Defensa del Consumidor. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!!

Salvo las piletas todos los otros servicios son con cargo, sum, sauna, etc. es muy molesto tener que pedir todos por WhatsApp usando un QR. todo los servicios abren a las 9:00 no tienen gym, si pagas el uso del sauna, no te dan ni siquiera toallas extras.

Es la tercera vez que vamos, siempre fuimos en febrero y nos encantaba, este año fuimos en marzo y me desilusioné. el lugar estaba un poco desmejorado, falta de mantenimiento. primero la desprolijidad de la administración, reservamos un dto para la primer quincena de marzo y solo tenían para 10 días, nos ofrecieron por 5 días otro dto con jacuzzi ( mayor precio) el tema fue que el día que tuvimos que cambiar estuvimos con las cosas en el auto desde las 10hs hasta las 14,30hs, teniendo departamentos desocupados. segundo, el desayuno muy pobre, siendo las otras veces que fuimos fue muy completo, ahora en marzo no tenia nada, faltaba fiambre, yogurt, frutas etc. tercero, estuve reclamando que solo éramos 2 personas y nos dejaban desayuno para 3, hasta que hable con las chicas que entregan el mismo.
